Great location, nice and helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast

Centrally located property with a charming staircase, and yummy riverside breakfast, with eggs prepared fresh for you. Beautiful, functional and quite big room, with a little balcony where you could enjoy watching the street life with a cup of tea/espresso made in the room. Separated shower/bathroom (helpful for groups). Very personal and accomodating staff, who made us feel very much at home. Excellent value for us.

Everything was so beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional and the pool was a fun way to spend some of the day.

Absolutely amazing building and yard with umbrellas and fresh air. Stylish and calm lobby and restaurant. Cosy atmosphere, comfortable and delicate. Better that on the pictures!

Very clean,cozy hotel,safe hotel-only with your room card you could enter to the elevator and after 12a.m only with your room card you could enter to the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The room was a bit chilly, but they gave us additional comforters so we slept quite well. The location is good, with some good cafes, restaurants, and stores on the street. Walking distance to many Berlin hot spots and sights.

An opportunity to drop the luggage 5 hours before the check in, and a possibility to stay 3 hours longer after the checkout. And, of course, the digital door locker. Total silence during the night hours.

It was a bit dusty, but the location was really good and comfortable beds!

It would get 10 for the breakfast alone. Never had better in a hotel. Great location a couple of minutes walk from FriedrichStr. Station. Great bars all around.

I really liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable, in a great location. Extremely polite staff, we checked in ahead of schedule, for which we thank you very much. City center location, a stone's throw from Museum Island. Also nearby are streets with shops, Hackesche courtyards. Nearby is the metro and city train. It is convenient to get to other parts of the city and the railway station (to Ostbahnhof - three stops on the city train). Breakfast at the hotel is a little expensive, but this did not affect the overall impression of the hotel. I will stay here again.

Casual breakfast not too early. Free room upgrade. Amazing shower. Subtle lighting throughout.

Very comfortable beds and we had a top-floor room with great light. Rooms were quiet and very close to station. There is a tram stop right in front but soundproofing of windows was great.

The location is absolutely perfect – both S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations are right nearby, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The most beautiful tourist attractions are also within comfortable walking distance, which makes exploring the area a real pleasure. The room is exceptionally well equipped and thoughtfully prepared. Everything you might possibly need is provided, from cozy bathrobes and spa amenities to small but important details like a toothbrush. You truly feel cared for, as if every detail has been considered in advance. The staff is outstanding and genuinely attentive. Every single day they kindly check if anything is missing and make sure everything is perfectly arranged. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help create a very welcoming atmosphere and make the stay feel effortless and relaxing.

On arrival I had no idea what to expect, our hotel room was completely unique and honestly was gobsmacked when I walked in. The bathroom was the coolest part!!

I liked everything, especially polite and super friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast delicious. Will stay again for sure.
