Amazing location with great facilities. Hotel rooms are stylish and beds were comfortable. Reception staff Cem and Tara were amazingly helpful. Check in was fast and streamlined. Our best hotel experience in our entire European holiday. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was comfy, clean, very warm, we had to turn down the heating, hot water available, the breakfast was very good and lots of choices, but the same every day, which was ok

Excellent location , accessible from station by underpass…all old town easily walkable …and much more besides . Hotel was very clean , comfortable , good shower . The customer service was very good ..we had a small issue with our room which was sorted in 10 minutes . The breakfast was very good value ..quality food presented in an immaculately clean dining room .the staff here didnt stop cleaning , replenishing the display and wiping tables .other hotels could take note !

There are many amenities. The rooms are very clean. Since i did a solo trip, this is the best option i could find and it also matches well with my budget. Receptionists are friendly and supportive. I like the luggage room since i go out a lot and it helps me to storage my stuffs

The location is excellent - on a central street, within walking distance if everything, including the fantastic Christmas markets! Although in a busy area, the soundproofing is great, so we found it very quiet once inside. Staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived early, so we’re able to store our luggage while we explored some of the city. After returning, we found our luggage had been taken to our apartment for us. The decoration and facilities are superb. Very cosy inside. It’s also a short walk to the main train staition (we visited Bamberg one afternoon) and the nearest underground station is closer station (visited Fürth Christmas markets and old town using the U-Bahn). All in all a great stay!

Room excellent, furnishings were top notch, very clean and in good condition. Bathroom well presented with a good range of toiletries, plus a bath robe and slippers.

The hotel is just across the street from the train station in the old town. We used Nuremberg as the base to several small romantic road towns. It was extremely convenient for us to be near the train station. Hotel Victoria offers the most luxurious breakfast. Coffee is served in a silver pot with hot milk on the side. Eggs are cooked to your individual order. I highly recommend hotel Victoria to anyone visiting Nuremberg.
