One of the most wonderful resorts I have ever stayed in. Clean luxurious fantastic royal place. All staff are wonderful and food is very wonderful and much. The buildings are like presidential palaces. All things are available exceeded our expectations. Mr. Shereen, Mohab, Mohamed, Seif and all the staff are very helpful and respectful characters. If I recommend, I recommend this place to stay in in all seasons. All the best.

They were always smiling, professional, and attentive to all our needs. A special thanks to Ash from guest support, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was assisting with our room requests, giving us tips on the best activities, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Ash truly made our holiday exceptional. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service throughout. Every detail was well thought out, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options available. Amazing property with access to private beach with amazing corals. They have private diving centre and everything there which makes ur stay super easy and with lot of activities to do. Mr Hamid who was taking care of us at Harem was an exceptionally nice and humble gentleman and our stay became 100 times better and convenient because of him. 100 percent recommended

Everything, place was great staff was friendly I loved it. Also got a free ride to and from the airport which I really appreciated.

I wish I knew the sheesha bar was shut as it was the main reason we booked it, also the spa was closed with no notice aswell. These things should be told before we book. Hassan behind the bar was amazing, made our holiday and we made a friend that day. Animation team was great, they tried very hard even with very little customers, and very funny. To many people to mention but a few honorary mentions. Hassan hassan the legend. Osoma the barman. Yuossef the shop keeper. Mamoud the pool boy. Animation crew (mr smooth) Will be back again because of these people
