I had a wonderful experience staying at Porcel Torneo in Seville. The receptionists were truly outstanding — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Every request was met with a smile and solved quickly. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job, keeping the room spotless and tidy throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. The bathtub was a real highlight, modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Seville. The location was very good — convenient, with easy access to the city while still offering a quiet and relaxing environment. Everything about my stay was positive. From the excellent staff to the high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, I truly enjoyed my time here.

Great location, on quiet street. Combination of many buildings all tied together via central courtyard, lots of new additions, lots of work to bring this together into a really unexpectedly massive complex. This is its forte, but also, caused some issues noted below. Otherwise, it's well heated and cooled, well serviced, very very clean, exceptional quality with bar, restaurant, charming courtyard, large clean crib, and parking below (for small cars only via car elevator), excellent professional staff.

The front-of-house staff at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés were exceptional in their friendliness, courtesy and assistance during our stay. They made themselves readily available to assist and responded to requests promptly and efficiently. I was travelling with an elderly relative and - where there are a short series of steps inside the front entrance - to avoid those steps, they offered to escort us to a rear door onto a side street to take taxis which they had summoned for us. The furnishings and fixtures in rooms are of a very high standard and everything worked well.

This hotel is in the old town but easily accessible and a short walk from the city centre. The staff are amazing. Extremely helpful, polite and really ensure you have the best stay possible. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was on the ground floor, we had a deluxe double so it was a large room with a king bed. A very nice bathroom. It has a lovely restaurant and you can also eat out in the terrace area if you prefer. The swimming pool on the roof was a surprise bonus. There is a bar area and loungers. After a long day sight seeing it was delightful to have a dip and relax on the loungers. We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it.

Very clean. Great staff. Delicious croquettes. Very short walk to bars. Short ride to airport. Maybe 5-10 minutes. Uber was around €12.

The Staff was super nice and helpful, it's my second stay at this hostal, because of super early flights, and I will come again if I need to.

The only minus I found that it was far away from city center and it was hard for me to find a parking. All the rest , starting from staff was amazing . Room was very clean , very big , with cotton blankets Was good isolated from the sounds Bathroom spacious and clean , with new towels I really like it and I think if you are not stick to the center it could be option to stay there

I was really impressed with the hotel I really. Very nice, clean and refreshing. In close proximity to city center, the bus and train stations. Highly recommended.
