Nothing to fault here at all .. rooms have obviously been fully renovated and look great and very comfortable. Reception staff were great and location was perfect. A great nights rest and a wonderful shower experience!

Fabulous reception, wonderful staff! made us feel so welcome and at home. Loved the restaurant, impeccable. Room was so lovely, hotel was extremely clean, smelt beautiful. Fabulous location too. Will definetely stay again, highly recommended.

Large room in a great location. I normally have hotels that don't have an in person check in but it went very smoothly and I was able to get into my room early. Having a mini fridge was great and laundry next to the hotel was a big plus.

Beautifully updated building in a great walkable location- there is a Michelin rated restaurant just a block away. The property was very clean and the updates seemed very recent. Well maintained. I will go back for sure! Occasionally could hear another group walking to their rooms (halls have wooden floors) but other than that the space was very quiet.

We travelled with two young kids and stayed in the family room for 2 nights. The hotel has very central location - next to Centro Botin and close to restaurants and shopping places. There’re a couple of kids playgrounds nearby. The family room provides ample space and it’s clean and being cleaned up efficiently every day. The hotel staff are friendly and being helpful with taxi booking, restaurant reservations, etc. A wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Excellent central location with easy access to the waterfront, Centro Botín and the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the staff were professional throughout our stay.

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was mostly very clean. QR code for entry was very efficient and worked well. There were very good buses nearby that you could catch to anywhere in the city. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Centro Botin and seafront, a bit longer to the nearest beach.
