השהייה במלון הייתה מושלמת. המלון ממוקם באזור moro jable שקרוב מאוד ל cofete וחוף sotavento. מומלץ מאוד להגיע עם רכב, בשל המרחק הרב משדה התעופה, חניה חינם ובשפע. האירוח היה על בסיס הכל כלול, ארוחות ברמה מאוד גבוהה ומבחר עצום של מנות. רוצה לציין לשבח את Youssef שהיה מהרגע הראשון קשוב לנו ולעזרתנו וכמו כן את המנהל Daniel. במהלך החופשה חל אי הבנה בינינו לבין המלון בנוגע לאירוע ספציפי וצוות המלון מאותו הרגע עשה את הכל כדי להעלות חיוך על פנינו ולשפר את מצב רוחנו, מה שעמד מעל הציפיות, שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד.
