The alibis is clean and comfortable. The staff are super helpful and breakfast has a very good selection. The lounge/bar area is comfortable for a drink and/or a snack. Parking is safe and secure

Good location in the mall and super clean

Friendly staff, clean. Good sized room with a fridge, microwave, and even a hairdryer with a diffuser!!!

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our king-size bed was perfect, and the children’s room next to ours was ideal for the family. The staff were friendly, the elevator worked well, and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast is quite basic, but not bad either

Very enjoyable stay albeit one night stop over Great food at a great value price Easy location Nice tidy room

Cleanliness and location was perfect 🥰 💞

We arrived at 1 am. We were greeted by a welcoming and friendly night guard, the room was clean, modern, comfortable. We had a good sleep. Everything was lovely.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is basic but clean has an A/C. Daily HS is clean and refreshing towels. Everywhere is close, some great places for breakfast and lunch are just one minute walk.

Breakfast was better than what I have expected. Bed should be a little bit better, however overall I really liked it. Once a year I travel to Madrid and this is the spot I am going to stay.

Nice quiet hotel ,room was a good size and bed was really comfy only there for the night so didn't do or see anything

We stayed two nights, good place to rest after a busy of walking around. The staff team are excellent, polite and helpful. 🇧🇷

Location and staff. Had a slight issue which was well resolved.

The staff was very hospitable. We chose this hotel for its brand (we like IHG) and breakfasts. Good breakfast for the money paid. Also, the bed was very comfy.

The hotel is very neat and was cleaned even when we didn't ask. The location is perfect with easy access to the train station la serna. Kudos to the cleaner as she did a wonderful job she deserves a raise

Very Very friendly personality

I but a bottle of water and they took 29euro and told me they we refund me the rest but still they don't refund anything
