Everyone in the hotel, front office ,bar,restaurant genuinely wanted to make our stay in their hotel an unforgettable experience and it was truly a great experience We highly recommend Gloria de Sant Jaume for the location, facilities (the spa is amazing ) food but most of all for the staff..Enjoy!

A new beautiful and a very well located hotel in Palma. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything very clean and well taken care off. The breakfast was very good. We also ate at the restaurant located in the hotel and it was very good and the service was excellent. Thank you so much, hope to return one day.

A fabulous hotel tucked in a quiet street just a few minutes from the thoroughfare of old town. It is an experience in itself to explore all the corners of this exquisitely designed hotel with excellent service from the entire staff. Special shoutout to Elena who made our check in a breeze and who gave great recommendations on restaurants, beaches and excursions.

The room was spotless and the furniture is all new. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre, which is also a huge plus.

The location is close to Palma (10min drive), highway, many markets, etc. 1min walk to the beach.

I liked everything except the smell in the common spaces . Was not fresh, maybe hotel was locked during winter.

Wonderful staff, room to store bikes. They had kept our luggage while we were cycling around the island. Room had a view of the water. Amazing breakfast. Great location.

It’s very near to the Airport, Can service available via Hotel, someone at the desk 24x7 to help and support. Very Friendly and supportive staff. Very close to the beach and lots of interesting points near by. Really loved the stay.

Top location! Great and super-friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Absolutely quiet hotel. We slept like babies in incredibly comfy snd dpacious beds.

The location was very central. We got a lovely room with a private roof terrace which we really loved. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, with AC. everything was great 😊 we could store our luggage after checkout and the host was very helpful and replied fast over WhatsApp

Maria, Julietta and Jan were amazing, they are the heart of this hotel. They made us feel so welcome and were so helpful with so many activities.
