Best stay on the island. A breakfast experience, as well as the chef and service was exceptional. When back in Mallorca, would definitely stay here again.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Palma. A thoroughly magical stay and experience throughout. The staff were exceptional as were the luxurious rooms (suite!), beds, cleanliness of rooms and hotel and stunning interior throughout. It’s perfectly located too: close to all the main landmarks, shops and restaurants. A special 'thank you' to Camilla for her hospitality and making sure my stay was a memorable one at Can Cera and Palma. Exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Centrally located boutique luxury hotel with only 16 rooms, onsite restaurant and a bar and a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool. The hotel is within an old historic building, the renovation is luxurious and well executed. Perfect location for a weekend stay.

The service from the staff was excellent, be it the cleaning personell or the front desk or the waiters.

The room was spotless and the furniture is all new. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre, which is also a huge plus.

Everyone at the reception was extremely kind and welcoming. I would especially like to express my gratitude for the following: without even realizing it, I had lost my gold ring with a ruby stone somewhere in the room. Fortunately, the housekeeper found it and responsibly handed it over to the reception staff. The women at the reception promptly contacted me and returned the ring, genuinely happy that it had found its rightful owner. I am truly grateful for their honesty, care, and professionalism! On top of that, the hotel is at a very nice location near to the beach, shops and bus stations. Bus 35 that goes to the center and Bus A2 that goes to the airport stop in front of the hotel. Bus 25 is also very close. Amazing location!

Wonderful staff, room to store bikes. They had kept our luggage while we were cycling around the island. Room had a view of the water. Amazing breakfast. Great location.

The hotel is excellent, new, and very clean, with friendly staff. Caffe bar in the hotel is really nice and perfect to start a day! The location is perfect, right in the city center, close to the cathedral, which makes everything easily accessible. Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommended!

Loved this newly opened boutique hotel. Walking through the large front door off the cobbled street was like walking into a private and exclusive oasis. We were warmly greeted by Paola, Angie, and Luke, and our luggage placed in our room while we relaxed with a glass of Cava in the courtyard near the fountain. Turn down service by Selma was a nice touch. In the morning, we had the unique pleasure of Xisca the chef prepare our breakfast before us at an elaborate stove. Xisca baked the croissants herself and told us her speciality was preparing omelets with local ingredients---a very special experience, the dishes kept coming, each one delicious. Excellent coffees made and served by Ismael. We lingered. The hotel is located in a quiet and authentic section of the old city, the walk into the touristy center and to the Cathedral was under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel and taking a guided walking tour to experience Palma's layered history, architecture, and culture.
