The hotel is in an excellent area, I was able to go to local places and be nearby the center at the same time. I loved the room, the customer service was good, everybody in the hotel was friendly and always willing to help.

Everything was amazing! Stuff was super nice! Accomodation extremly clean. Hotel is very nicely designed… Amazing location with a bus stop directly in front of hotel. Or 30 min slow walk along the Port to the city centre. When we come back again, it will definitely gonna be in this hotel.

Room design, space, amenities, everything was thorouhhly thought by the designer. Nice touch on the bar and the stereo.

The room was spotless and the furniture is all new. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre, which is also a huge plus.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in early May, and everything was excellent. The rooms are newly renovated, spotless, with fresh linens and a clean bathroom. Daily housekeeping was provided. The staff was super helpful—they assisted us with everything! Breakfasts were delicious, and the variety over five days was just enough (any longer might’ve gotten repetitive). The bus stop to Palma is 3min away. The reality fully matches the photos – no disappointments! Highly recommend!

It had everything we needed. We had a group of 11 ranging from 6 months old to 62 years old and we all had such a wonderful time. The kiddies enjoyed the pools, the 28 yr old enjoyed the proximity to the clubs, the 33 yr olds loved the facilities, enjoyed the restaurants close by and was able to relax, the ones in their 50-60’s loved the all inclusive. One needed a mobility scooter and found it made a world of difference being able to get around not only the hotel but the town too

The staff were super excellent. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and beautiful setting with a nice view. We also quite appreciate the gym facility which was clean and quite good set up.
