Location friendly staffs good grocery of dalis

Great Hotel. Superclean and confy room, spacious bathroom. Wifi was working great, breakfast with tasty food and solid choice of everything. They came to pick me up at the airport and allowed my early check in free of charge. Personel very polite, ready to help in every situation. Close to airport, bus station 10mins by the walk and 45' up to the centre of Helsinki. Big parking for those who come with car. So, great hotel for reasonable money.

Although the reception is not available after 10 PM, I would like to highlight the efficiency and professionalism of the hotel staff during emergencies. Based on my personal experience, their support was exceptional. My children accidentally left their room key inside and were unable to enter again. At such a late hour, we thought it would be impossible to reach anyone, especially after arriving tired and expecting to rest. With five people and only one room available, we were genuinely worried. However, once we contacted the emergency numbers, the coordination was quick and reassuring. The team guided us step by step over the phone, and the room door was opened smoothly after a simple procedure. Their responsiveness late at night made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a solved one. This experience reflects how reliable and supportive the staff truly are, even outside regular working hours.

Room size for good, big enough for two people to move freely. It is was quite room with windows to the backyard. Big bad, good hair dryer!)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and it was the perfect location for where we needed to go!

Perfect location with lots of buses passing nearby.

beautiful place to stay in and the staff were very friendly

The hotel is located just 1 train stop from the airport, next to business centers Aviapolis and Technopolis. Decent price/value ratio. Breakfast has a variety of food. Restaurant serves a very tasty food as well. Overall - higher level of typical 4* hotel in Helsinki.

Comfortable and nicely decorated room, just like in the picture. The staff was kind and explained all the amenities: sauna, pool, gym - unfortunately I didn't have time to try that out. The airport bus worked well, just make sure to get off at the right hotel (3rd stop of the bus from the airport). There is a Lidl close-by, but they also offer some snack foods at the hotel. I didn't have breakfast because of my early morning flight.

We liked everything. Comfortable rooms, sauna, good breakfast, free shuttle service.

Breakfast was wonderful and the transport system between hotel and airport is excellent!

The reception staff were amazing especially when they called the airport shuttle driver back just as we were seeing it leave from the front door. They were also kind enough to safekeep an item for us. Food was delicious and had varied options. The kitchen staff were very friendly and quick to refill. Tables were immediately cleaned for the next guest. WCs were constantly clean. Room had cozy lights and bed was comfortable. The fridge was a plus.

Breakfast, nice sports centre atmosphere

Great accomodation near the train and bus station. We stayed only one night but the room is perfect for longer stay as it is well equiped with kitchen tools. Easy self check-in, clear information given.

Rich breakfast buffet, large parking lot, hotel connected to spa, dining and shopping area, close to airport

Great hotel and very convenient for those who have a flight next day.

Location is excellent…..you never have to leave the airport building to get there. You just follow a corridor from the airport lobby. A sumptuous breakfast with everything you can think of is served at the Clarion Hotel, right next door along the same corridor.

The Bed, The Breakfast everything was perfect. I got the Room 1132 which had a amazing view over the airport helsinki also.I will come back soon on 30. November 24 again. I hope i get the same Room or a similar on the airport View side.

Well located, comfortable bed, snacks and drinks available at reception. Staff were great.

Room was great, on the same floor as the nightclub so there wasn't far to walk on Friday and Saturday. Had a fantastic time.

Everythings was very good , very clean, warm, comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt it offered excellent value for the price. The hotel is very clean, well cared for, and comfortable throughout. Our room was spacious, functional, and equipped with everything we needed to feel relaxed and at home. The common areas are thoughtfully arranged and easy to navigate, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby areas and transportation. What truly stands out is the value for money. The level of comfort and overall quality exceeded our expectations for the price paid. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose this hotel again, as well as recommend it to others.
