Location of the hotel on the island creates a magical atmosphere, spacious and comfortable rooms, magnificient view, charming staff, excellent food, free rental bikes and nearby metro station make travelling to the city center and surroundings easy, cozy sauna and pool, quiet and calm atmosphere All these features make this place highly recommendable

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean and it was the perfect location for where we needed to go!

Although the reception is not available after 10 PM, I would like to highlight the efficiency and professionalism of the hotel staff during emergencies. Based on my personal experience, their support was exceptional.My children accidentally left their room key inside and were unable to enter again. At such a late hour, we thought it would be impossible to reach anyone, especially after arriving tired and expecting to rest. With five people and only one room available, we were genuinely worried.However, once we contacted the emergency numbers, the coordination was quick and reassuring. The team guided us step by step over the phone, and the room door was opened smoothly after a simple procedure. Their responsiveness late at night made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a solved one.This experience reflects how reliable and supportive the staff truly are, even outside regular working hours.

Really nice room, well-equiped, super easy check-in and check-out processes. Nice location too, very close to the university and just a 10-min walk to the metro. If in the zone, I'd be happy to stay here again!

Excellent. Wide variety even for vegetarians

Holiday Inn Helsinki West team is best, because they meet us with warm welcome, stayed quite helpful whatever questions we had (regarding location of markets where we can buy deer meet, museums and explained how to use HSL HRT app). Especially Oona, Hanna and Sushil. Our stay in this hotel became delightful:) Location is also close to public transport (metro). Food is also delicious. We had dinner at their restaurant, the taste of dinner was to die for

It was great! The breakfast was delicious. It is very close to bus and metro station! We were staying for marathon and we have no problems to come to the start of marathon !🇫🇮

Location is Great, it is right in the City centre. Hotel staff were ever so helpful. Staff at reception are wonderful, they were very kind and supportive with our requests e.g we even received packed breakfast last day when we had to check out so early to reach our flight.

Spacious, cozy and clean room. The bed and pillows were soft, had a good sleep. Good breakfast. Nice Barception concept :) Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Great location, next to a shopping center and public transportation - just few stops from center.

The breakfast was good with many Vegan options. Also the staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The location was perfect as we came to ride the Terminaali 360 skatepark with our bikes. The staff kindly allowed us to put the bikes in the conference room instead of dragging them into our room, which was very convenient.

The personeel were really nice and arranged everything, the beds were super cosy and rooms spatious enough. The breakfast options were amazing! I am a celiac, so the special gluten free space was incredible.

Absolutely everything! From Tripla you have easy access to trains (local and long distance), buses and trams, the airport, shopping, restaurants, grocers, comfortable walking, and entertainment! The breakfast is amazing! Rooms are comfortable, secure, well-soundproofed, and the views are fantastic! The staff are outstanding.

The room was very spacious. The hotel and surrounding area are pretty quiet in the evening, I didn't hear any loud noise that would disturb my sleep. The sauna in the hotel is excellent. Although it is not very close to central railway station, but very close to Pasila station and the bus and tram stop are right in front of the hotel, only 1-2 minute walking. The staffs were very nice and friendly. Couldn't say much more on how much of pleasure to stay here.
