Beautiful Room with the Perfect Location and was for us the ultimate Place to stay in Paris!

Very high standard in all aspects. Customer service, well organized and well trained staff on problem solving cases. Very clean with beg areas and very comfortable beds.

The location is really good for travelers. and All the staffs are very kind and friendly! Particularly Thi was wonderful. The room had a lot of storage space and was spacious and comfortable. It was my birthday when I visit the Hotel. and Small gift that I recieved was very moving. If I visit Paris again, I will choose Hotel Napoleon again. Thank you so much to everyone . It was PERPECT hotel :)

The location is excellent, and the team made the stay truly special. Everyone at reception was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and elegant, and you always feel that the staff’s priority is for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were amazing. The rooms were also very nice, and to top it all off, there was always something provided free of charge, such as small sweets, cakes, and coffee. Additionally, they offer unlimited amounts of free water, which is great if you're feeling really thirsty. The hotel is located 60 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower on foot, 30 minutes from Champs d'Elysees, and is in close proximity to numerous fancy restaurants. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was truly an amazing experience.

The location is good, the rooms are quite small, but clean. Everything worked fine, and the bed was very comfortable

Close to a lot of shops, not too far from tourist places. Comfy.. only stairs incase you can't walk up

If we weigh the price and quality, we are very satisfied. Small room but everything is there. The bed is comfortable. Very practical and thoughtful solutions. The employees are friendly and nice. The store is right next to the hotel, the Arce de Triumfe is very close. The location is excellent. We were very satisfied with the hotel.

Great location, quiet room on the courtyard, tea/coffee tray and very friendly staff

It’s close to everything like restaurants, grocery stores and Arc De Triomphe. And it’s good cause it’s a quiet area not too busy. The receptionists are also very helpful and welcoming. We are so grateful that they accommodated put early check-in request as our flight is early morning.
