The staff were friendly and helpful. My family members said Friday lunch was excellent. We found the breakfast croissants a little disappointing despite the staff helping to get more. The rooms were large and comfortable. We could relax in the armchairs; we could have our family in (7 people) without feeling cramped.

Location - 2 mins from the bus stop, 15 mins from the tram. And the area felt very safe. The suite was fully equipped and had air conditioning. It was impeccably clean. There was ample on street parking.

Modern, clean, warm, friendly staff, good breakfast. Excellent value for money. Close to the Bassins des luminieres, Cite du Vin and Les Halles de Bataclan.

It's my second time in Bordeaux and I booked this hotel again, without second thoughts - its location is just perfect, the staff is very frienly and helpful. You simply can't find better value for money. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Everything was great, the room, breakfast and the staff, especially Mariam ( from Armenia).

I cannot fault this stay. The room was clean and surprising large. There was a little snack and punch drink that you could have in the lobby on arrival. Dog friendly. Super helpful staff. Location was good - just across the river from all the main things to see.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful. Breakfast was very good . Rooms are nice and tidy. Clean, sheets are very comfortable. So is the bed.

The staff could not do enough for you they were friendly and professional - exceptional! The rooms are large, the bed so comfortable, fantastic aircon with a good size bathroom and seperate toilet. The downstairs bar is tranquil and the staff attentive. Honestly this place was worth every one of their 5 stars!

Beautiful property, welcome excellent and facilities great

The exceptional staff service stood out the most! Every staff member were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable! The variety of breakfast was great, I loved the coffee station and especially the 24hr water station which could be refilled. I had a peaceful night sleep and my bed was super comfortable. I am definitely returning to Hotel Majestic in September.

We had two wonderful nights in the city of Bordeaux. The point where the hotel is located is the most ideal. The staff were always willing to help and always smiling. This really made us feel very nice. Beautiful renovated bathrooms with wood floors. Very comfortable beds. Our room was a superior double room with a wonderful view of the city.
