The hotel is being renovated, so you have a beautiful and new breakfast area (picture attached), next to a nice relaxing area with a fireplace. The staff is very cordial; they are always smiling and made my experience at the hotel better. Due to the unfortunate fire incident that affected another hotel in Courchevel, the tap water was not suitable for drinking, so the staff provided as many bottles of water as you needed. The hotel is pet‑friendly, so I saw a couple of cute dogs walking around with their owners (outside the breakfast area), which I absolutely loved. The hotel truly is ski‑in/ski‑out, and the nearest chairlift is Pralong. They also have a ski room, which is very convenient for storing your equipment as soon as you check in. My room was great and big enough for a couple. We stayed in the 3rd floor, had a nice view of the mountains and trees, the Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure with hot water. Overall, I would definitely stay there again, as I believe it offers a competitive rate compared to other hotels in the area.

Everything was perfect. Absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everybody really went out of their way to help us with anything. The rooms were just renovated, a positive surprise. Love the natural wood smell in our room. Location was a little far from gondola but that’s no big deal because their free shuttle can take you anywhere in town at any reasonable time. Never had a better experience than this. Price was very reasonable as well compared with other options. I stayed at Kitzbuel the previous year and paid a similar price but the hospitality here is much better.

The location good for the slopes. Spectacular views. But the staff are by far the best asset of this hotel. Everyone of them from the managers right through the hotel. All the staff were the most efficient charming kind respectful and helpful. Whether it be parking my car, food, room service, cleaning, booking restaurants, advice or local knowledge. I have a problem with steps but they helped me with safe ways in and out of the hotel. They even helped with finding and organising an optician when my husband broke his glasses. I have stayed in many hotels but the staff here surpassed themselves.
