Beautiful location, very clean, helpful staff

Staff very welcoming, room a good size with everything we needed, attached restaurant very good indeed. Good quality breakfast with plenty of choice.

It was the most unique experience — staying in a real Castle! The place is steeped in history, with an authentic design. We arrived late in the evening, and the check-in left an unforgettable sense of mystery! The castle at night looked like something straight out of a book. The room was cozy, with high ceilings, excellent plumbing, and a huge soft bed with luxurious linen. The window looked out onto the forest! It was my dream to spend my birthday living in a real Castle, and I made it come true! Huge thanks to the castle owners and everyone who works there for making this possible. I highly recommend it — it’s an absolutely amazing place!

Place front to the Lake, near by the old city, Wellness, good restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Spacious rooms, big bathrooms with separate toilet. Big flat tv-screen. Big variety of options in breakfast. Underground parking (a bit of a lottery: as parking lot cannot be reserved in advance).

It was a very unique hotel/appartment. There was a lot of attention to small detail that was very uplifting. We were very comfortable the bed and shower were perfect. We loved looking down over the square. The underfloor heating created comfort and as for the corner gas fire!!!! fantastic!

Chalet style rooms and very comfortable and homely. I am still here partner taken ill and apart from hospital no amenities. By the time l get back from hospital to llate for local bakery 20 mins away apparently.

Outstanding place, extremely clean, looks even better than was on photos. Slightly vintage style interior is perfect! Very beautiful swimming pool, children liked very much :))) Breakfast was in another building not far from this.

What a beautiful and special place made all the better by the delightful staff and exceptional food! The meals were all stand out and I can't recommend the breakfast more highly. Every interaction with staff was lovely and they couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and ensuring this special time was so wonderful.

Great for a short stay. Gentle staffs.

All went well, they couldn't speak English but we managed well using google translate. Everything was good room, car parking and so on.

1-They treated us as real guests ! They never ask for credit cards to block our money, or pay deposit, although , we had our dinner in the 3 stars Mechlin restaurant and the cost was over 600 €, no one asks us to sign anything, all was charged to the room, professional staff, they spot what you like and what you don’t, like our drinks on the breakfast for the next day, they pay attention for the details. 2- They granted us gifts, desserts, cakes, with a nice message left on the table informing us that there is a gift for us in the mini bar. 3- so friendly staff, we love everything from the moment we checked in, to the moment we check out, also a gift from the garden upon our check out. Amazing hotel, last but not least the location was wonderful, our room was Mountain View, Definitely would come back again
