The breakfast is not so good and very limited. In general the food outlets are not so good. Location is great, staff great, housekeeping needs improvement

Location, location, location and super staff.

We really liked the location of the hotel, with direct access from the lobby to the city center. The hotel lobby was spacious and vibrant, creating a great first impression. The staff at the ski room and concierge were extremely friendly and accommodating, as were the drivers who took us around the city. Their professionalism and helpfulness added to the overall experience, making our stay even more enjoyable

Cute little traditional hotel right in the heart of Courchevel 1850. The bed was very comfortable, loved the bathroom, room was spacious. Parking was close by, staff were incredibly friendly.--an entirely positive experience.

Perfect location, ski in ski out. It was important for us that restaurants works during all day, and food was very good too.

Great location with a huge room. Very clean and more modern than other hotels in Pralong. Breakfast was limited to cook your own eggs and pancakes with some continental options. I would have expected more cooked options but overall a nice and comfortable stay.

We were very happy with our choice of half pension. - Very kind staff. - Great location, ski lift and village centre are just a few minutes' walk away. Exceptional hotel and service Very personal and attentive to your needs

The hotel is being renovated, so you have a beautiful and new breakfast area (picture attached), next to a nice relaxing area with a fireplace. The staff is very cordial; they are always smiling and made my experience at the hotel better. Due to the unfortunate fire incident that affected another hotel in Courchevel, the tap water was not suitable for drinking, so the staff provided as many bottles of water as you needed. The hotel is pet‑friendly, so I saw a couple of cute dogs walking around with their owners (outside the breakfast area), which I absolutely loved. The hotel truly is ski‑in/ski‑out, and the nearest chairlift is Pralong. They also have a ski room, which is very convenient for storing your equipment as soon as you check in. My room was great and big enough for a couple. We stayed in the 3rd floor, had a nice view of the mountains and trees, the Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure with hot water. Overall, I would definitely stay there again, as I believe it offers a competitive rate compared to other hotels in the area.

The Best placed hotel in Courchevel WHAAAAAT A VIEEEEEW And the staff was GREAT!!!!! Alex wait for us and help us for everything Girls on the reception and the guys in the restaurant are unique Every day they help us for our baby to be happy and not hungry THANK YOU!!!!
