The friendliness of the staff

Richard and his team are super friendly and generous. The location is right next to the Les Crosets ski lift. The restaurant offers great menu options for kids, and breakfast spread is decent. The room has enough space for a family with kids and there is a games room on site.

Service was amazing. Everyone so polite and helpful. Amazing location right by the beginner slopes.

Thank you to Hotel Le Soly for a beautiful stay. The hotel room was perfect for 2 people. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the river at the back of the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and made our stay very memorable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods. The pool was a lovely bonus to have! It is the perfect location. Just a 5 minute walk to moraine town. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I look forward to returning in the future.

Ideal location - close to main Gondola for Avoriaz. Staff very accommodating.

Chalet Montriond is in a perfect ski in ski out location and has breathtaking views of the mountains. It has recently been taking over by new owners who go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is a perfect one. All the staff that work at chalet Montriond are approachable, friendly and extremely helpful and are willing to help with any inquiries you may have in a professional manner. Breakfast is good and as Chalet Montriond is under new ownership and not long be open, the restaurant is open on limited days for evening meals at the present time, but the chef is exceptional, (This is a temporary situation and will change in the very near future), even catering for my food allergy at short notice however, there are other restaurants within walking distance. As a guest you are made to feel like a valued customer.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - one bus stop from the ski lift. And a nice view of the lake.

The girls that run this chalet were so friendly and lovely. They helped me check in alone late in the evening and laid a place for breakfast for me each morning. The location is great - a short walk from Morzine. The room was so cute and very quiet - I slept with the balcony doors open each night. I’ll be back for sure - thanks again!

It is true that the rooms were not the prettiest ones and that the buffet was not the best one I have ever had, but the value for money was excellent! Add in sauna and jacuzzi, ski gondola (la pleney) 7 min away on your ski boots (otherwise 5) on a flat road and really nice and friendly staff and you are in for a treat. Comfy beds and good shower pressure too.

Great location, good quality half-board food for the price, rooms are small & old French style but perfect for a couple just there for skiing during the day, the staff were lovely and very attentive.

A fabulous hotel, great location, everything you need and more. Boot room is so convenient and you literally step out on to the snow and start your run to the chair. Really comfortable bed and all amenities you need in the room. Great breakfast, lovely bar and outdoor terrace. Lovely spa with outdoor hot tub and sauna…perfect post ski relaxation. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff who make your stay easy. A special mention to Charlene who was super helpful and kind …much appreciated as a solo traveller 😊

Staying there for the 2nd time already, great location (10 min to Avoriaz) and amazing dinner.

This was our second time there. It’s very close to the ski slopes. The hotel has a pool, a hot tub, and a sauna—they’re great for relaxing after a day of skiing. We had a wonderful time there. The staff is helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were so warm, friendly and accommodating, and the whole place had such a lovely, homely feeling. The location is fantastic,close to the gondola and within easy reach of all the amenities. The food was home-cooked & delicious. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely be back! Thank you to all the staff there, you are all doing a great job. :)

The staff were absolutely awesome a great run hotel. Would definitely stay again, the rooms were perfect for your ski stuff with enough room left over. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of coffee in the morning for a long day on the slopes and a continental breakfast to get you started. There is a little bar at the hotel so it’s perfect for a quick drink. We used the hot tub and sauna most days which we great to cure the tired legs then hit the town for something to eat after
