Location, services, the lobby bar, the room, the view, everything was on point.

We visited for the Taylor Swift concert. The hotel is located next to the arena, which made getting to and from the concert a breeze.

The room was very spacious and clean. The in house restaurant was excellent ! Staff were very gracious and helpful.

The location was actually fantastic. everything is close by metro and the metro station is in the shopping center where the hotel is. So within walking distance you have the metro, the shopping center, another shopping center across the street, the area is a business area just in front of the Grande Arche, so it's a clean area. the staff is super friendly. we were able to check in earlier, our kids received coloring books, chocolates. super friendly staff and accommodating. Comfy room and beds, the view from the room is into the shopping center which is fun and different.

We absolutely loved our experience at the hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive. We got married in Nanterre in the afternoon, and mentionned it when I booked the hotel. When we arrived, they had upgraded us to a nicer room and surprised us with a heart-shaped decoration on the bed. One of the employees, Godwinn, even made a hand-drawn picture for us, which truly touched us and made our stay even more special. It’s all these little touches that set a great hotel apart! The bed and mattress were of excellent quality, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. If we ever come back to La Défense, we will definitely stay here again. A fantastic hotel with a very attentive staff that truly deserves a 5-star review! Highly recommended. Thank you again for everything!

Its a nice little spot with very welcoming staffs, i rly liked it. They have a fan too which was nice!

Lovely room on the 3rd floor corner. Beautiful balcony overlooking the high street. Simple but modern decor throughout. Lovely, welcoming staff. Reception was super kind as we’d left our belongings in the safe and they were quick to retrieve them and hold them for us. Breakfast was thoughtful, something for everyone and super fresh. The only challenging part was the elevator was broken so the spiral Staircase was a bit challenging to navigate with suitcases. The bedroom floors also felt dusty underfoot. But the room was so bright and nice, we hardly noticed anything else. Loved that the petit balcony was accessible.

The rooms are properly clean, and the location is great, near to restaurants, malls and metro stations. Everything was great.

Served perfectly the purpose of our stay a lock away from our son's apartment. No AC, but we didn't need it as the weather on the night of our stay was cool. No elevator if this is critical for you. The host was absolutely wonderful as we arrived around 11PM and then stepped out until 12:30 AM. Overall a very good experience. If it matches the purpose and location of your stay. Lovely restaurant, BTW, which we used on a different occasion a week earlier without staying at the hotel.

Clean room with great location. Friendly reception staff. Metro station, supermarket and fast food places that work late hours right out the door. There is an entire ironing room available to you at all times. Great value for money for Paris.

This place was great for a family! Large, comfy beds and a clean room. The area felt very safe and was quiet at night. You can easily walk to the metro to get in to central Paris. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful!
