The location is excellent. The gentleman working the front desk was so very nice. Explained the parking options, areas of interest. The hotel was still under construction but it was not a bother at all. Will return again someday. Would love to see it when construction is complete

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The food served at the restaurant downstairs was delicious! I felt welcomed and really enjoyed my stay at The New Alexandra. I will be sure to stay there when I travel to North Wales again. Highly recommended.

So. This place was awesome I went with my 2 baby’s for the weekend and couldn’t of asked for a better stay! Staff were amazing friendly and there if needed at any time. Close to everything you need kids had the best time place was clean with a great atmosphere it was warm I’ll 100% be going again. Would recommend to go it’s cheap if of happily paid more for my stay. Reception was so friendly treat d myself and the kids like royalty. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Bella Vista hotel, It was our anniversary, we have been upgraded to the best room with 4poster bed and sea view!Also we find a lovely card and biscuits for our special day ,the room was beautifully decorated with rose petals, absolutely loved it!

Great little hotel opposite the promonade in the heart of the town. Lovely hotel, friendly staff (nothing was too much trouble), great room with a view of the beach. We would stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel! We really love coming back!!! Yesterday, the staff kindly waited for us, prepared a great room for me and my daughter and did not take an extra day, they have amazing staff, stop having breakfast, a wonderful atmosphere in the hotel and of course crazy dinners!!!

Clean and friendly staff. Bonus was a laundry for quests free of charge.

Excellent location, helpful staff and very comfortable room

The whole experience of staying at Milverton House was lovely and welcoming. There was nothing the hostesses wouldn’t do for us. They were so informative of places to visit that would be of an interest to us with particular places to eat and best places to park. Their Quest house was lovely decorated, clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed. Breakfast was very enjoyable with great conversation. Will hopefully return one day to enjoy places we didn’t get to see. Thank you Gaynor and Linda for making our short stay so very enjoyable 😊 xx

Location... everything was walking distance... Easy instructions to get access to room... Didn't want for anything...

I walked into room 7 it smelt fresh like new carpets… bed was so comfortable, slept so well, hotel is situated on a quiet back street was peaceful, 1 cleaner in particular was so lovely she came and brought more tea bags,milk, as ran out during stay So friendly, I’d definitely return, few thing with room 7 for improvement as bathroom door opened onto sink, my suggestion would be to put in a sliding door on bathroom to fix this issue, apart from that very comfortable stay, we had a lovely time. Thank you Wedgwood :)

When asked if there was a fan in the room as we were visiting on one of the hottest days of the year so far the owner's replied unfortunately not. But when we actually arrive in our room the owners had supplied us with one which was much appreciated.
