The receptionist, Evelyn was absolutely welcoming and willing to assist in any way possible. The place was clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, café, shops and attractions. People are very friendly and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay and would love to go back there.

Excellent location inside the walls. Valet parking was easy and efficient. We got upgraded to a penthouse suite with a living room, library and separate bedroom. What a nice surprise on checking in. Staff was extremely friendly and morning included breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is so conveniently located in Derry, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go on our trip. Room was spacious, clean and bright. The staff at the hotel were so lovely and friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay special and sent a bottle of champagne to celebrate my 60 th birthday. All of the reception staff were amazing but I have to give a special mention to Katie who was so exceptional . Would come back here without hesitation and throughly recommend a stay here.

Excellent tour given by the Guildhall tour guide Chris . Friendly, informative and entertaining. All Guildhall staff professional, friendly and you felt welcome. Very clean building. I would recommend visits to this place. Enjoyed the exhibition on the history of Derry ,the costumes in the interaction section was 😁. Five star visit.

The Guildhall is a hidden gem is a working building as it is...

The Guildhall is a hidden gem is a working building as it is still used by the council. It is free to visit and a fantastic experience. Most of the stained glass windows in this building were damaged or destroyed by bombs during the troubles. They have all been lovingly restored or replaced and not to be missed.

Travelled with friends for event at Guildhall. City Hotel prefect base for this venue. Although hotel under renovations the staff are managing the place well in challenging circumstances.

Great location and an easy walk across the Peace Bridge to the city centre. Reception and housekeeping teams were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was overlooking the iconic view of the Peace Bridge and Guildhall, which was a lovely surprise. The bedroom was super comfortable and extremely clean. There was a selection of delicious chocolate truffles in the room on arrival with a birthday card from the hotel team which was a nice touch.

Just beautiful. We were down in Derry for a concert in the guildhall. Fantastic location with plenty of parking opposite hotel as well as the multi story car parking

No breakfast included but plenty of great little spots all within walking distance all dotted around Derry. The room was clean. The shower was lovely. The bed was comfortable. Check in was really straight forward. I was delighted with the location in proximity to the Guildhall which was where I needed to go. I parked in Foyle Street car park and walked back up the hill to the accomodation. It was less than 5 minutes.

Such a great location, literally 3 minutes walk from the main bus station and the Guildhall. Rooms are cozy and the staff are lovely. Check in was extremely smooth and well organized. Highly recommended
