A durhami óváros bejárása, a durhami vár és egyetem vezetett túrán való meglátogatása, valamint a Katedrális bebarangolása után egy régi, viktoriánus kastélyt választottam szállásnak. A vendégházba becsekkolási időn túl érkeztem meg, de semmi gond nem volt, a házigazda a recepción hagyta a kulcsot, így gondtalanul elfoglalhattam a szállásomat. A vendégház belseje nagyon atmoszférikus volt. A szoba-fürdőszoba nagyon tiszta volt és minden szükséges dolgot megtaláltam. Reggelire teljes angol reggelit kértem és kaptam, nagyon finom volt. A reggeliztető hölgy nagyon barátságos volt ! Az ár-érték arányt is abszolút rendben találtam !
