We had the best time. The hotel is just stunning and newly renovated. We used the spa facilities and it was so nice after a long day out walking. All the staff were really nice and helpful. We even had a bottle of bubbly and a fruit basket as a surprise in our upgraded room. What a treat to come back to🥰. Breakfast was so fresh and there wasn’t anything you couldn’t get, and served until the 11am. We will for sure be back.

Amazing location. Great customer service. The most spacious hotel bathroom that we’ve encountered in London. Not to mention the flatscreen tv in the bath! And the gym needs special mention for terrific equipment and amenities (frozen towels, fresh fruit, water bottles etc). I was feeling under the weather during our stay and the lovely front desk staff sent up a much needed pot of ginger tea with honey. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Drury Lowe, which was absolutely fabulous. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great amenities. Perfect. The hotel is in a great location, with wonderful staff, who were both helpful and friendly. The restaurant was fantastic with delicious food, great wine and wonderful service.

Quaint hotel in a picturesque street. Clean and well kept with the most friendly and helpful staff. Abdullah helped me carry my luggage upstairs and immediately arranged a room for me on a lower floor immediately he noticed my mobility challenge.

It was nice to finally have staff at check-in, a personal preference. They were also kind enough to accommodate my early arrival. I was just going to drop off my bags, but they allowed me into my room, which was a great help as I had things to do. My heavy bag was also carried for me to my room - a rare service nowadays. It was very close to Oxford Street, the bus route I needed, as well as eating places and shops convenient to me. I hope to stay here next time I,m in London.

Perfect location. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely a good choice. 5 minute walk to Oxford Street. Train station nearby.

It was absolutely value for money. We liked that they replaced water bottles and cookies everyday in our room. Staff was really polite and helpful in the reception.
