Very clean rooms, so much cozy and comfortable ❤️Big love from the first visit of this hotel . Absolutely will recommend

The room was spacious beautiful staff were excellent. We got there an about and hour and half before check in and went to drop off bags however staff told us room was ready and we could check in now. The location was very convenient and the breakfast was really good variety and fresh food.

The room was really spacious. And the staffs were very nice. We arrived at 12 and they were really nice enough to gives us an early check-in.

Excellent location, helpful staff, pleasant room. Good facilities and breakfast

Location and it was quite warm inside

Very convenient location to the airport bus and train station and to explore Bristol. The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The quality of the room I stayed in (room 2 downstairs )was fantastic, on par with pricey boutique hotels, such as the Hotel du Vin. Very well decorated, clean and modern, but with personality. Original beams and brickwork. The air-con was fantastic! Hotel quality extras in for the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and fresh linens. Thoroughly clean throughout. Spacious room.

Clean location helpful happy staff good breakfast options

Really cool concept will definitely be returning

Very clean establishment and available free parking which is exceptional in Bristol.

Very comfortable bed and cosy room and peaceful with view to river. I recommend this hotel for people who travel for work

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town and in the heart of the action without feeling too busy or noisy, walking distance to everything you want and need.

Stylish and well designed hotel. Cozy atmosphere. Positive and helpful staff.

Amazing hotel and beautiful design. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Really nice check in. Perfect location. The bedroom was really clean, comfy and well equipped.

The Staff. They were/are brilliant - We have a convention in Bristol every May and for the last few years we have stayed at the Novotel and the staff have always looked after us brilliantly - barring one member by the name of Cedric who was a subject of complaint many times for his rude, arrogant and obnoxious behaviour towards us. However, the other Staff have always been superb - special mention to Sia, Jerry, Serena and Nina/Amina, the best in our eyes. Just to show you how bad Cedric is, we were so pleased to hear he wasn’t working during our Convention as we wouldn’t have to deal with him.. How he got a promotion is beyond us…

Close to the train station, easy to get to, friendly staff. Large, clean, comfortable room. Quiet!

Very nice, up to date, thinking about all the small details. Young atmosphere, clean and a very attentive staff.
