Top place ! Super clean and comfortable rooms, amazing service, and the best food we had was in their restaurant!

I stayed here last year and happily preferred to stay again. As a traveller for business, I worked with the laptop comfortably on the desk and chair which were right suitable for this purpose. The reception was available at all times with nice and fast assistance in every matter. The rooms have an amazing view as the hotel is situated at the 16th floor of the King Residence building situated on the right bank of the river Mtkvari. The bathroom was reasonably large, with all equipment functioning properly. There are a few branded fast food restaurants plus a few local cuisine restaurants within 10 minutes' walk. The bus stop is very close, yet the short walk when coming to the hotel with slope upwards may be tiring if your luggage is heavy.

Great location in an inner courtyard on a quiet street at walkable distance from most points of interest around the city. Close to the opera house, the Art Palace (which I warmly recommend), stores and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms with all needed amenities.

It was a nice experience , the hostel is clean , beds and capsula extremely confortable, the girl at reception was very helpful . If you haven’t been in a Hostel capsula I highly recommend.

It is homestay in a normal apartmentbuilding. Do not expect any signs so good to call the owner to find the right door. Great facility, good location. Very friendly owner. (Uses google translate). All very safe

This hotel is in the centre of the city, Walking distance to major attractions and surrounded by great dining options. Comfortable rooms and welcoming staff make it a top choice for a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

The ower and the staff are really nice person, and have a lot of attention to the customer requests. You really feel yourself welcomed to the hotel. The breackfast is super, hand made on the fly. Every single morning. Once arrived we noticed the room dimensions was a bit small for us and the guys moved us to a bigger room. no questions done. A are example of customer care (I am not expecting this to be possible all the time, so I am consdiering myself also a bit lucky).

The hotel has a very good location. The breakfast was varied and filling, with a good selection of food. I also appreciated that the room included a set of toothbrushes for each guest — a small but thoughtful detail.

there was no hot water inthe bathroom, also there was no even enough cold water in the bath room. room did not have window. Stuff was terrible, in the morning at 11:00 romm service woman open the door of the room an came in and tell us that it was the time to check out, when it was an hour before check out. Ans stuff woman in the room is not private.
