Excellent location, at walkable distance to many attractions. Supermarkets, currency exchanges and shopping options nearby. There is a mall, literally 150m away. Service was exceptional. Loved the breakfast buffet,The hotel staff were kind, the reception was friendly, also very helpful. They help in booking cab to airport or any other places you wish to go.

Even though it's in the middle of the city, it was relaxingly calm. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding.

The staff is polite, happy to help, and very helpful to guests. As soon as we arrived, we felt the pampering nature of this hotel. I could have lived in the hotel for the rest of my life in the same room we were in. This hotel pampers you! There was no queue at the reception and we didn't have to walk more than 2 meters to the elevator. It was easy to find the room and get in. The room is huge and luxurious and has a sunny balcony of at least 25 square meters. High above Pushkin Street (3rd floor), it offers a view of the city. The bathroom is huge (about 30 square meters), with a shower and a towel warmer. The room has air conditioning and heating as needed. The lighting in the room is strong and it is also well lit at night. Everything is clean and polished to an insane level, the linens and bed, the pillows, and the floor. The closets in the room have enough space to store 2 full suitcases. Every day they give 2 small bottles of water for free as well as disposable cups for hot drinks, as well as tea and coffee bags. There are curtains to close the windows and prevent light and noise from entering. Breakfast is buffet style and includes: Small baked potatoes. Chicken with gravy. Omelettes. Two types of pork sausage. Brie cheese and other hard cheese. Yogurt. White cheese. Granula and muesli. One type of cake. A very tasty croissant. Honey and jam. 3 types of bread. 3-4types of fruit. A jug of milk, a jug of hot water, a jug of coffee. Several types of tea. Orange juice. Mayonnaise and ketchup. Lettuce. Tomato. Cucumber. Gambas. And more.. The restaurant is elegant and clean. The hotel has a secret entrance from the restaurant, like in the movie Howl's Moving Castle. The food cured my digestive problems. The hotel is close to everywhere. Walking distance from kosher restaurants, the funicular, the Gallery Mall, the money changers, and closes to old Tbilisi behind it. I had waves of excitement and happiness, I am so happy about this hotel.

I was met on arrival and shown the studio. It was spacious and included a separate kitchen as well as the ensuite. The bedroom had good aircon and the shower was great. The kitchen had basic tea and coffee supplies. The location in the old town was fantastic, being only a 5 minute walk to the clock tower.

Very close to the Old Town and the most important monuments, it was clean, quiet and a real value for money. I surely recommend it to anyone

Excellent location, no curfew, early morning quick snack and coffee, nice staff, warm water shower, Nice and close to a church, Organ music in evenings sets the tone of Tbilisi.

Hotel is situated very conveninently in the very center of Tbilisi. There are good currency exchange points, public transit station with many lines, big supermarket Carrefour and numerous cafes / eateries. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were so kind to borrow me plastic card for public transit and met me in the middle of the night (4am).

Hot Kalasi is a gem and its in the heart of old TBS. We stayed here for 3nights and it was great! The property is near to all the restaurants, spar , local markets, souvenirs shops etc. 100-150 mtrs to the left is liberty square and the old TBS center to the right. Great spot and dont miss it. The staff were amazingly professional! Ms. Tekle ( GM of the property) was down to earth and was helping out everywhere along with the rest of the staff. Ms. Magi , and the rest of the staff were on their toes as it was pretty busy. Greatly helpful ! I loved the breakfast!!!
