Very convenient and well maintained. An impressive entrance with space and comfortable seating. All the staff are wonderful, very friendly with a particular mention to the very special Goga (curly haired) and the team in the bar and food area. This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel so it must be good!

10/10 experience. Outstanding reception service with excellent English, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and the best hotel breakfast I’ve had — an incredibly rich selection including fresh juices, a wide variety of sweets, fruits, yogurts, and Georgian foods and cheeses. The hotel has a fast and very quiet elevator, a spotless room with excellent housekeeping, and a huge TV with many channels. The views over Tbilisi are absolutely stunning, both from the room and from Dumas Restaurant with its almost 360° panorama. The hotel is located in a beautiful, modern district next to Vake Park — perfect for walks, though worth noting it’s a bit far from the city center due to traffic. Special thanks to the wonderful receptionist Salome — her English is excellent — and to the friendly front desk team Irakli and Shota for their warm and professional service. Until next time.

At 9 PM, we were greeted by a sleeping receptionist. It took a while to wake him up, and he couldn’t quite understand what we needed at first. The situation was complicated by the fact that he didn’t speak English or Russian—or perhaps he’d simply forgotten them in his groggy state. He handed us the key but didn’t escort us or explain where our room was located. It turned out that room 207 wasn’t on the second floor, as one might expect. We had to find it on our own, which was challenging since I was holding a 1.5-month-old baby. The room itself was perfect. It was clean, beautifully furnished, with a stunning view from the window. There was a rain shower, the plumbing was in excellent condition, and slippers and towels were provided. There was also a minibar. However, it was quite hot, as the heating was on full blast. We ended up using the air conditioner during the night. In the morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and encountered friendly restaurant staff. Despite the rocky start to our stay, I give it an excellent rating!

The location is excellent, the bed in the room is very large, and there are blackout curtains for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are quite decent, and the bathroom is equipped with disposable toothbrushes and even combs. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel!

Very nice small hotel very comfortable very quiet. large room. It can be 4 star sure. Happy surprice for us the woman in reception (Margarita) speak our languange (Greek). 10-15 minutes walk from Rustaveli station. Have a swimming pool too. Very recomented!. Thanks to Margarita!
