Beautiful surroundings and incredibly friendly and helpful team

This property is amazing! The staff are so kind and helpful that you get everything you need! The location is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants! Otherwise their free shuttle will get you to the Ubud palace and surrounds! The breakfast has many options and they even have afternoon tea. The pool is great and they even provide small details like umbrellas, international adaptors, insect repellents etc. The bathrooms are luxurious and the beds are super comfy! Can't recommend this place enough, the staff make it a beautiful and personalised experience! Will definitely be coming back here!!

A peaceful hotel with excellent service and location A lovely hotel with exceptional service and a very friendly, helpful team. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the beautiful garden created a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the Yoga Barn. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and lovely pool.

The Hotel is clean with good staff, good food, chill and relaxing at the swimming pool.

the personal is very gentle and you have all time cold water, good wifi and fridge. its located in the center of ubud and they offer very cheap exursions to complete your trip. we would like to give an exeptional thank you to Douglas for his kindness, for being our guide and taking the time to explain his culture to us, and making this trip memorable.

The hotel is exceeded my expectations, it’s very well thought out. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel itself if very beautiful. It’s close to the main areas, we walked to and from dinner and it was very doable.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Ubud, a walking distance from everything ( and all my favorites healthy café 😀) the location is definitely a A++++, breakfast is fantastic- and served on your private patio. Lovely pool with tropical garden, the room are spacious and well air conditioned. We loved our outdoor bathroom 💓

I couldn't have asked for better, I extended my stay for a total of two weeks. The property is beautiful, central and very close to the Yoga Barn, with a beautiful refreshing and quiet swimming pool far enough from the traffic of the centre. The room was very comfortable with a small, efficient kitchen. The best part is the staff composed of several young guys who are always helpful, hardworking and very kind, and who did everything they could to meet my needs. All perfect

Walking distance to laundry, places to eat. It's like a small hotel with comfort. They offer also SIM card to use in Indonesia. It's location is not middle of center, so easy to be dropped and collected.

Great, clean, and peaceful accommodation. You have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent with strong water pressure. There’s even a small fridge and a kettle. The balcony is lovely, with a beautiful view of the pool and rice fields. The surroundings are quiet and natural, with rice fields and ducks nearby. The property is very well maintained, and the staff are friendly. Great value for money. We will definitely come back. The best place we stayed in Ubud out of the 7 accommodations we had.

I stayed at Pondok Wisata Amerta for about a month and it was simply perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, modern, and very well-maintained — no humidity, no mold, everything felt fresh and new. The bed was comfortable, and I always slept well. The internet connection was stable throughout my stay, which was essential for my remote work. What really sets this place apart is the people. The staff are incredibly helpful, warm, and always available — they genuinely care about their guests and sorted out every small need without any fuss. Location-wise it's ideal: a quiet, peaceful setting that still puts you just minutes from Ubud center. You get the best of both worlds. I will absolutely stay here every time I come back to Ubud. Highly recommended.
