The location and staff were amazing!

The location is great - 20 min on foot to Ubud Art Market, right next to Monkey Forest, so you can see the monkey leisurely playing on balconies - just be careful not to leave any food or anything else outside. Breakfast was good, served 7 till 10 am, the selection isn’t super wide, but the food is good. Spa: I had relaxing massage every day - their masseuse Budi is very attentive and professional, and super lovely too - although I’d say everyone is super lovely there! There are two swimming pools, sun-beds, lots of greenery on the territory, it’s quite quiet there, despite its proximity to the shopping street and the forest - all very nice.

This hotel has provided me with an exceptional experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is well-maintained, with its water refreshed on a daily basis. Boasting an ideal location, the hotel offers great convenience for traveling. It is just a short walk away from the Ubud Palace and right next to the Monkey Forest. I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my stay. I would gladly give it a full star rating and I will definitely come back again in the future.

Very central, next to Monkey Forrest, easy walk to the Palace and Ubud Market. Great restaurant with great food. Staff is incredible, quiet, big room, good pressure hot water.

The hotel is located very close to the heart of Ubud but also a little bit separated from the constant noise of the downtown which makes this a very chill place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We could rent scooters there and they arranged a very nice driver to the airport. The rooms are spacious and they have all the stuff you could need for your stay. Overall, a very nice place to stay in Ubud!

The property is perfect, in the very centre but still in a zen oasis , with perfect services and welcoming people, evrt you would expect of a 5 stars hotel and more.

It had great value for money and the accommodations were so clean and comfortable! The staff helped us so much and we had an excellent stay here. Loved the hospitality of the team so much!

Wonderful location next to monkey forest. Quiet rooms, wonderful service and the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Feeding the fish each morning was a highlight!

Great location! We could see the monkeys from our room/balcony, and two main streets closeby. Very specious room and big beds, very comfortable. There is a common kitchen and small fridge in the room. Bathroom has a bath, and is spacious. It doesn't feel like you're in the centre of Ubud.

I had a whole tiny apartment and bathtub. It was very clean and nice and I had no complaints for the two weeks I was there😁 The staff was very sweet and the spa was very great!

Staffs were so friendly and supportive. The location will be just right for people who wants to avoid rush and noise of central crowd but wants to have easy access to the main streets. I really enjoyed the stay.

Aksara Ubud was beautiful and the staff were helpful, warm and welcoming. The bathrooms gorgeous doors and the gardens among the buildings were perfectly tended to.

I couldn't have asked for better, I extended my stay for a total of two weeks. The property is beautiful, central and very close to the Yoga Barn, with a beautiful refreshing and quiet swimming pool far enough from the traffic of the centre. The room was very comfortable with a small, efficient kitchen. The best part is the staff composed of several young guys who are always helpful, hardworking and very kind, and who did everything they could to meet my needs. All perfect

Beautiful tranquil setting. Walking distance to the craziness of central Ubud but worlds away within the property. Lovely staff, always ready with a smile.

I really liked the kind staff working at the Artini Bisma. Especially the receptionist Eka was super friendly and kind. She always welcomed me and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. All the staff do their upmost best to make you feel comfortable and safe during your stay. The hotel is beautiful and the location is just perfect.

Great location. Breakfast was very good. Staff were so kind and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the pool.
