Great location, friendly staff

Excelent! No complains aplicable. The facilities are simply marvelous, gym, sauna, rooms, restaurant - the chef himself speaks with the guests. The staff is incredible, very kind, professional and supportive. They went so far as to go to the farmacy for some last minute medicine I needed. A great place to recharge and enjoy yourself.

My relatives enjoyed their stay. Liked the rooms and the riverside view. Breakfast also was good.

The staff were very very kind and helpful. The went out of their way to assist me with everything. The front office person is very good at his job. Only problem I dont speak hindi but still we managed to communicate

Breakfast was good and fresh.. Variety of western and Indian options Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was central to our destinations. Most of the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. F&B staff Vishal and Berbinshi sorry not sure of the spelling.

The Manager is a perfect gentleman in the sense of hospitality.

Breakfast was very good. StaffJhumpa served us very well. Very happy with her service. Vishal the chauffeur provided excellent service. He drove very safely. Always smiling n pleasant to speak .

The Island House is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I loved the swimming pool, the garden and the terraces. There was always somewhere to sit, sip tea and relax in the most beautiful surroundings. The breakfasts were simply cooked and delicious.

Nice new hotel. Good staff. General manager (or may be it was owner) is very friendly and pleasant in communication. Main attractions of Old Goa are within 10 minutes drive by car/bike.

The hotel staffs were literally very friendly. They helped me with other things as well like renting scoot, finding good restaurants and all.

It was good experience with premium service. Polite staff in the restaurant . Housekeeping staff is also good.

Location is excellent because the hotel is next to the old quarter where all the tourists take photos of the old Portuguese houses. Casinos close by are all walking distance, and the Serendipity exhibitions too.The Indian breakfast was tasty and good variety. Rooms are clean.
