The property is very pleasant and comfortable but it's the staff that really makes the place fantastic! Incredibly helpful and always go the extra distance to help with every matter properly. The spa is superb; unexpected and included in the very reasonable cost. The restaurant is very good and I highly recommend taking the half-board option....great local cuisine, well-cooked and served. Excellent wine list.

Fantastic stay and absolutely loved this place. Everything was perfect for our overnight stay whilst completing the Tour de Monte Rosa. Brilliant value for money, great service, friendly people and fabulous food. Highly highly recommended.

Thank you for your kind and attentive service before and during our stay. The hotel was festively decorated and warm. Our rooms were acceptable and the beds very comfortable. The quality of the bedding was appreciated as was the cleanliness. Breakfast was solid with a nice selection of good quality ingredients and pleasant service. Parking and ski deposit was easy and appreciated. We enjoyed waliking to the reccomended and enjoyable restaurants from the hotel. Exellent price quality.

Fabulous place to stay - connected by free shuttle, good restaurants in the hotel (except dinner) and very clean. Will stay here again.

Wonderfully hospitable staff who made our stay such a pleasure. The hotel is beautifully located and represents excellent value for money. The continental breakfast is generous, varied and always served with smiles. The room was warm and comfortable, including the good shower, and was a cosy place to relax together in the evenings. Storage was good, including a fairly large wardrobe with a safe. It was almost always possible to park just next to the hotel. Two local restaurants were particular highlights too: Le Petit Monde and La Luge. The wine bar in town, Eno Therapy, is excellent, as is the simple food in the two nearby bars.

My stay at this hotel in the mountains was nothing short of magical. The breathtaking scenery and views were unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful and charming. Warm and friendly hospitality. The spa was a bonus. It made the whole experience even more special. An absolute gem. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely loved the warm welcome, professional handling of requests and amazing friendly attitude of the breakfast buffet! The hotel helped me with delivering some parcels and went above and beyond to help! Beautiful and cosy setting with attention to details and great music by the hot tub to enjoy after day of skiing.

Everything! The place is absolutely stunning, perfect location very close to the lifts to go skiing. Probably one of the best services I’ve ever experienced. They are super attentive and go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. All the food is km0 and the breakfast is excellent. The SPA is great, with everything you need, despite it being a small hotel. All the sustainability aspects of the hotel makes it all even better! Our stay was absolutely perfect, thank you!!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel has a lot of comfortable spaces to spend time reading a book or talking. SPA zone is comfortable and clean, has a steam bath and sauna, also massage currents in the pool. The place is 10 min by car to the ski boots. You can rent the skiis or deposit your own ones in La Glisse ski rent, which is almost on the lift.
