Just writing this review because after reading other reviews i was not 100 % sure if i should go. Beach, property, staff, food and surrounding area all was great and i strongly recommend to go there. Some tips: They will let you in before check-in at 5PM. We had lunch at 01:00 PM From the beach you can go to swimming pool bar and eat and drink there all day. Some things people mentioned in the reviews are due to two levels of all inclusive. they have to sell it somehow. For example: you want better coffee at the breakfast. buy better all inclusive...

The entire experience was out of this world. Our favourite part of the hotel was the location with the beach view. The private bay is secluded with rich blue waters and views as far as the eye can see. Exceptional location, the private beach had plenty of sun loungers in different locations for those wanting sun or shade and was never overcrowded. We loved sitting out on the terrace before supper with a glass of bubbles and watching the sun melt over the ocean. We booked in with the restaurant for supper one night and it was divine, made even more perfect as we were seated overlooking the pay- you can't get this experience in many hotels or restaurants without months of prior booking. Hotel staff were so knowledgeable about local restaurant choices as well as bus schedules into Alghero. We will most definitely be back and will extend our stay for longer at this gorgeous location.

I highly appreciated Antonio and his father doing the best for their guests. Always friendly and helpful. The room included a nice bath room a as a well organized common kitchen. The location was perfect and the view to the sea and Capo Caccia was spectacular. The sun set was magic! I have a dream to come back for another stay❤️

The location is very practical, just a street or two from the historical center and close to bus stops to/from the airport and to Bosa and Capo Caccia. Above all, my warmest recommendation goes to the owner, who kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which we truly appreciated.

San Giovanni beach, big and white, 3 minutes walk away. Conad supermarket and bus station (to the airport, Sassari, Capo Caccia etc), also 3 minutes walk away. The owners are very attentive and I thank them for the kettle they offered me, in addition to the room facilities. The cappuccino at breakfast is already a legend of the hotel, very nice and good, of course. I recommend this hotel with confidence.

Very spacious first floor apartment with every comfort. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. We shopped at the Mercato Civico for fresh food, fruit and vegetables. Lovely walks to the old town, waterfront and Lungomare Valencia. Unfortunately Neptunes Cave was closed during our visit :-(, but enjoyed drives to Capo Caccia and to Spintano and beaches. Parking in the nearby carpark was free in the white lines, but you have to pay to park in lye lines
