The hospitality of Francesca and the Chef (never got his name) were beyond the call of duty. They both made us feel welcomed right away and made our stay very comfortable. We were given some great local tips of where to shop and a few local secrets for sightseeing. Unfortunately we didn't ski on this trip but the lift is just a 200m walk away. Free underground car parking available, although would be very tight for a large car but manageable. Plenty of outdoor parking available. Beds were large and very comfortable. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Great view from our room. Buffet breakfast had a great selection, and fresh coffee and teas to order. The property is easy to get to. It is very clean and new. I would highly recommend booking direct with the hotel, its cheaper.

Charming old and traditional style hotel, the Christmas decorations were beautiful. Lovely bar and lounge area. Superb food, we had half board and dinner and service was sensational every single night. Breakfast was an absolutely incredible array of choices. All staff were incredibly helpful, polite, friendly and nothing was a trouble at all. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Location, location, location. Prestigious building and glamorous entrance, reception but above all the lounge bar, bistro and dining room with great views of the mountains. The staff were the epitome of why we love Italy - it’s people.

Everything hotel, location, breakfast, room service all staff from garage service boy, girls attending rooms, personnel in restaurant for breakfast and dinner, concierge and Spa. Exceptional all of them.

Everything here was perfect! Thanks for your catering here, I spent a wonderful Christmas holiday. The location is very close to skyway, only 5 mins on foot. If u want to go to the city center, there is a bus station nearby with free shuttle bus. The staff here are very sincere, friendly, and warmhearted, they provided me a fantastic mountain view room and a lot of instructions to explore here. The breakfast was also super nice with various options and fresh ingredients. I really like the atmosphere here. It's a very comfortable and cozy place. If I have the chance, I will choose this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent views from the room, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and spa! We loved all the details there: design, service, ambience. Room cleaning several time per day worth additional compliments.

We were greeted by a lovely host and although off season the staff were exceptionally welcoming and we pretty much liked everything from the moment we entered the property. We only stayed one night and the property was conveniently located close to sky way lift. Italians really know how to live, food and decorate their houses.

I didn't want to leave. I think this speaks for it all. The staff, Nathalie and Nathalie, went above and beyond. The location, the scenery, the breakfast, the peace and quiet. I will be back!

The building was beautiful, view of the mountain, very close to the dolonne lift, lovely cosy rooms/reception to sit and relax after a day of skiing. Staff was super helpful, everyone spoke english, easy to communicate. Coffee, tea, drinks available any time even if the bar was closed. Lovely breakfast!

This hotel was perfect for us - position , quality and friendliness . we took half board over Christmas and the food was super with a special effort on 24 and 25. Best of all , our dog ( and others too , are allowed in the restaurant with us . Very kind staff and spotlessly clean ( i have dust allergy and didnt sniff once ) The position of the hotel is fantastic right on the start of the pretty pedestrian road we will definately return

We stayed at the hotel for one night and really regretted not being able to stay longer. It’s located 10 minutes from Skyway Monte Bianco, which was the reason we visited Courmayeur. The hotel is housed in a beautiful building with a typical Alpine style, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food and atmosphere in the restaurant were superb, and the breakfast was delicious. We didn’t get to use the spa, but the sauna and outdoor hot tub caught our eye. We would definitely come back again.

The staff were wonderful - proffessional and helpful. The hotel, garden and it's surroundings were beautiful. We appreciated the sauna in the backyard. The room was cozy and we slept really good. The breakfast was tasty and we appreciated the options to have freshly cooked add-ons free of charge by the chef (crepes, juice etc). The coffee was amazing. We had a wonderful stay. 10/10

Very welcoming staff and host, everyone is going an extra mile to make you happy. Absolutely every wish and demand is met with a smile and an effort. Thank you! It was our second year in this hotel and hopefully not the last.

The location is prime ! On the main road, 3 minutes away from the cable car to the slopes and 5 minutes walking distance from the main walking street of Courmayeur. The staff are really helpful and nice, the hotel is warm everywhere inside and the ski lockers and shuttle are very helpful if you don't want to use your car.

Hotel is located in centre of Courmayeur, 2 minutes walk from all restaurants, shops etc but on quiet street. My room was just perfect: spacious with balcony and beautiful view. In hotel you will find also cozy and comfortable common areas: inside and outside and it’s just really nice to relax there. Breakfast was really good as well. On top of it I could leave my luggage when I have been racing all week around Aosta Valley. I couldn’t recommend this place more. For sure I’m coming back next year:)

Staff went above and beyond to make us happy (and warm) after I somehow forgot my ski jacket. The facilities and location are brilliant - especially the sauna / steam room / pool, which we hired exclusively for an hour each night for just €20!
