This was a lovely hotel. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this met my usually unreasonably high hygiene standards. I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were really friendly the gentleman behind the reception desk was very welcoming on my arrival. I stumbled on this hotel by accident. I was driving to Milan, and I became too tired to continue driving. I chose this hotel purely based on the location of where I was - it was a great find!

Absolutelly gorgeous! Restaurant personel were super friendly and food very fresh made from local farms. Rooms are very clean they cleaned them every day. In the period we have stayed were super calm. We tastes and bought local balsamic vinegear, wine recommended by personel. Place is comfortable to visit Ferrari museum, Modena or Bolonia. Also it is next to the Main highway so easy to reach Milano and other cities. As our kids are small they even did not charge the breakfast for them, also dinner prices are very friendly and we got a lot of snacks and fresh breakfast every day.

Great place with an excellent location, facilities, and services. I really enjoyed my stay—the hotel owner is exceptional and assisted me with everything I needed. The property is in a fantastic position near the train station, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I personally traveled for a football-related event, and the hotel is perfect for this, as the stadium is within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located very close to Modena center, we walked 5 minutes to the center.The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits. The rooms were very big and warm,the beds were comfortable. The people at the reception were really nice and helped us with everything we needed.

Marco is very friendly and welcoming. Deviate from my arriving time estimation but luckily he waited a little longer for us but even he can not wait, he try to communicate for the neccesary information for checkin purpose. The room is spacious and we like his kind of firm bed. location close to city centre also. And car parking is a plus

Modern but understated; interesting view of army barracks and greenery

We had a junior suite, it was very comfortable and a spacious with a separate WC. Lena on reception was the must welcoming and helpful host I've ever experienced in a hotel, she treated us like family on a visit, thank you Lena for your personal touch.

Beautiful little hotel, where we checked in at 11 PM after our Airbnb didn't work out (the AC was broken with 30 degrees Celsius inside the apartment, among other things) The staff was absolutely lovely, no problems whatsoever ( speak English, Italian, Spanish and Romanian). Our room was ready in the 20 min it took us to get there by foot with our luggage. Excellent recommendations for eating out, or going to the nearby Allbinelli. We went from a horrible start to a wonderful ending, so much so that we would choose to stay with them again. The staff even helped us out and we got to iron our clothes, finally! The rooms are spacious, if simple. For a few days there isn't any need of more, especially with the Albinelli market just 2 min away. The breakfast they serve, they bring their stuff fresh from the market everyday. The Ac works wonderfully, the beds are comfortable. 10 out of 10 for me, would stay again with hotel Cervetta, and a part why we liked Modena so much.

Andrea (concierge) and staff in general have been very nice, professionel, thoughtfull and overall very friendly. The hotel is very clean and silent. Great people and fantastic location!!!

The staff were kind and allowed us to staying a bit longer than checkout time due the fact we were there for a half-marathon, private bathroom was nice and size of the room was fine. Overall, basic but ok. It was clean and had no major issues. You get what you pay for :)

Beutiful and simple accomodation near to Modena's city center. The receptionist was really nice and the breakfast was tasty. Our dog was also welcome. :)
