Location was excellent, two minutes walking from St. Mark's square. Room was big and had all the perks plus a direct view to the canal from your window doesn't hurt. Service was great and always provided good recommendations. Is +10. Superb.

Everything is great in the hotel but what I liked the most is the help of the staff. There were very considerate and let me keep my luggage at the hotel for almost two weeks. They answered some questions I had and did everything with a smile and true desire to help

Great location next to the heart of the city. Amazingly helpful staff. Many small caring touches are provided to improve your stay. We did not use the welcome drink as it would have been so hot on the terrace.

Doge's Palace
You can’t take your camera inside the Doge’s Palace, but its exterior is picture perfect. This grand Renaissance building can be snapped from San Marco square, or from across the lagoon, where its southern facade seems to rise out of the water. The famous "Bridge of Sighs" connects the palace with the neighboring prison – an iconic sight that’s best photographed from the water.

It is lavishly decorated. A true gem.

The palace is almost constantly very, very crowded.Try to go on your own rather than with a group. There are so many groups that your visit will be very rushed and you'll likely not get to see/hear much. The art is astounding, as is the gold stairway ceiling.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Check-in and out was very smooth. The hotel is located close to the train station and water taxi stop. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk away from Saint Mark’s Basilica and Doge’s Palace, but the walk feels quicker. The hotel is close to little shops and restaurants.
The location was so convenient to St. Mark’s Square, Doge’s Palace, San Marco basilica, and lots of shopping, but the hotel was a small boutique hotel and it was so quiet and lovely. The staff was exceptional. The suggested the breakfast which was wonderful and many other local restaurants.
The location is excellent, very close to the San Marco Basilica and Doge’s Palace. The apartment is spacious, and instructions were easy to follow, but make sure you have them handy.
We used an app to reserve a parking space for our car in Venice, and then took the boat to the Rialto Stop and walked to the apartment.
The owner was quick to respond to messages on WhatsApp.
The apartment was more spacious than I expected. The apartment looks out on a canal that has quite a bit of boat traffic, including gondolas. We enjoyed the view.
We had a lovely time at Casa Eden! Gina and Dino are very welcoming hosts and Casa Eden is an oasis of calm, with its cool rooms and shady garden, a short boat ride from the main tourist attractions. Giudecca is the best place to stay in Venice, as you can sit on the quay with a glass of wine and see San Marco and the Doge’s palace across the lagoon.
