Nice design and comfortable, very good staff

First, great location, more or less than 5 minutes away from the Tozai line, Kikusui station, which is located underneath a max value supermarket, easy for local shopping. Convenient store just across the street for a midnight or any time cravings or need. The hotel itself is comfortable, I booked a room in their new building next to the main building, very clean, the digital door is convenient for easy access. The staff were nice, I was there for a business trip, and needed to iron my clothes, they were very kind to lend me the iron with a board for my whole stay! Requested a full room service since I had a long stay, and it was excellent. They have in-building coin laundry and dryer, so useful for a long stay in this summer heat and humidity. Too bad, I was too busy, didnt get the chance to have breakfast or dine in their cafe, but it looked very cozy. Check-in and check out was made easy too. Overall it was a nice stay, definitely recommending this place, not only here but also to friends and family who plan to come to Sapporo.

The location is excellent. Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

The location is well suited for solo travellers, you are near to Sapporo Station and the space is more then big enough for a solo traveller to base themselves out of if you do not mind a little walking

For Japanese standards the room was huge and had a great view, nice furniture and bed.

Very short distance to the train station

The buffet breakfast had a good variety on offer and generally tasted good. I particularly enjoyed the soup curry and green smoothie options. The pancakes were cold, but there was a toaster nearby if heating was required.

The hotel is super new, modern and clean. The bed and linen were very comfortable and the hotel is very well located, walking distance from the main station and from Odori. The public bath is amazing, with 3 different bath tubs and a sauna. There is also a laundry room with 3 super modern washing machines. Overall great value for money!

There is a direct airport bus that stops near the hotel, so you don’t have to carry your luggage up and down stairs — very convenient. 3. There is a convenience store near the hotel. 4. There is an underground passage entrance near the hotel, which is very convenient in winter or on rainy days. 5. This is my second stay, and I still love it — highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and remain loyal to it. Located outside the city center but conveniently on the way to Chitose Airport, it’s ideal for travelers. The rooms are spacious, simple yet elegant, with a charming old-fashioned touch. The bathrooms are also spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The layout and design of the rooms make them a very comfortable place to stay. Recently, the hotel has added new amenities, including a gym/sauna and a lounge. While I didn’t use the gym/sauna, the lounge stood out as a pleasant space to work or relax with a coffee or a beer, making a noticeable difference. The bar also remains a strong point, offering a good menu and excellent service from a professional bartender. This hotel provides excellent value for its price and is well-suited for short stays

The hotel is modern design very tastefully done. Excellent service and best location. View to TV tower. We liked the modern sound system with veynil records - and the vinyl records libry

Location was superb - close to Sapporo station and with a convenience store nearby. Staff were friendly and helped to book restaurant too.

we love the hotel! the facility, amenities are new and very clean. the location is great as well - in the center of all every places we want to visit in sapporo. the youtube channel in the television in the room is great as well. we are watching youtube about japan while in japan☺️
