The property was east to access through the instructions from the booking. The place was very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. There was parking available and the location was walking distance to most attractions in the area. For the price it was excellent, there were only three of us staying there but it could easily sleep 6-8 people between the traditional sleeping area and the three beds. As well there were two toilets which was awesome. 10/10 would stay there again.

The view from room window is nice, and room design is aesthetically pleasing. It is generally clean and comfortable. It is easy to navigate from JR Otaru station to the hotel, and easy to walk to Otaru Canal and Sakaimachi Street. There is also a local bus nearby which takes all the way to Tenguyama, or just walk to bus terminal near the JR station. The staffs are efficient in helping with luggage transfer.

The property was small but it’s got everything you need, it is fully self serviced but instructions provided through the app were easy to follow and everything onsite was pretty straightforward. There was even a luggage storage room on the ground floor. The property in a great location- right next to Otaru station. The bathroom was big comparing to other hotels I stayed in Japan which was great.

Near Chikko Otaru station , n connected to super big mall have muji , bookstore , Aeon shopping mall , restaurants etc. although have to take train to 1-2 stops to Otaru and minani Otaru . I still love this hotel because room is huge wirh nice view n convenience. We had 2 connecting room . So bigger space for children to move around .

A relatively new and well-maintained hotel located close to the seaport of Otaru. Very close to Otaru canal and the famous Sakaimachi shopping street, but quite a walking distance from Otaru station about 1km. The room was spacious, modern design and very well lit. We can see mount Tengu covered with snow from our room! We love the toilet separated from the shower area, and the basin is big enough for my wife to put her things.

Best single room ever! The staff is very nice and always responds messages quickly ☺️ I have to say staff is one of my best memory in Japan. ありがとう❤️👍 He took me to otaru station and back to hotel. I was like VIP guest hahaha. Toilet and shower room are all very clean, and bed is comfortable. Highly recommend this mini hotel to all travellers.
