The location to the train station from Kansai Airport and on to Osaka is very convenient. There are also a lot of great eating places close by. The hotel is clean, well equipped with professional staff.

I was in the hotel only for bridging a long transit time between two flights. Easily reachable by train from the airport, the hotel is at walking distance (some 15 minutes) from the train station. Nice breakfast buffet, I wished I had more time for it.

Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room was more spacious than other twin rooms I've encountered in Japan too. Included breakfast was very welcome and they were happy to modify for vegetarian diet.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located near Kawachi-Matsubara Station. There’s convenient luggage storage, and from the station you can take the express train — just one stop to Tennoji — where you’ll find Don Quijote, Ichiran, and many shops for last-minute purchases before heading home. The room is small but cozy and well-lit, with a heated toilet seat and daily towel replacement (they hang a fresh towel on your door every day). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The facilities were immaculate. We stayed here as a family with young children and while I quickly realised this was an "adult" hotel on arrival, the staff had put away the extras (condoms etc) so on arrival they weren't on display. The rooms (we booked 2 rooms) were beyond anything I have seen in Japan, huge spacious room with a massive bath, massage chair, HUGE bed and facilities beyond what we needed or expected. A short walk from the metro station, 7/11 across the road and walking distance to supermarkets and takeaways and restaurants. We had an issue with our TV and the staff were quick to fix it and have everything sorted for us.

Zhang (Lady) made my stay way better after booking.com failure of proper confirmation. Email on my side was correct but on hotels. It was not. She made sure to help as much as possible.

In a close proximity to city centre. Sakai itself is a beautiful town there are few parks and nice izakayas around the neighbourhood especially Ginza street.

Of Great value for the price. Nice and helpful Staff. Free rice and miso soup. Will definitely come back.

The customer service was outstanding. Not only was the receptionist’s English very good but she gave me all the information I needed to truly enjoy my stay including breakfast and how to use the onsen that I had completely forgotten about.

This city was a discovery for me, the hotel is very nice, there are bicycles on which you can ride around the district. Everything is imbued with peace, tranquility and stay. The hotel has a network of establishments where you can get a discount and gifts. There is also a free public bath.
