Online registration before check-in was a bit annoying as it is not user friendly. However, guideline to access to the unit was easy with clear instructions. We notify via email as we got no local phone to call, to replace a faulty mattress but no response at all as one of the bed got a faulty sign on it. There are two toilet but one bathroom only. One plus point is there is a washing machine and bathroom air conditioning system can be used to dry clothing.
