This hotel is on the top of an office block and has a fabulous view with extraordinary windows. The room was large and very well appointed.

Very clean! Very proffessional! Very good. You could order cleaning everyday, we was on the top floor with views over the whole city!

This hotel and staff was great! The breakfast buffet was amazing and even down to the convenient parking since it was in such a busy area. Location was also great since it was in walking distance to everything.

The hotel is near the Sandai Station and shopping area. There are few convenient stores around the hotel too.

The location is excellent. Super close to old town and famous beef tongue restaurant 閣。I have stayed here each time when I came to visit Sendai. I love that the windows of the room can be opened to get fresh air. There’s self laundry. Easy for travelers. High value compared to its so affordable nightly rate.

The reception service was excellent; we were served by Ms. N. Rejina. Our family was impressed with the assistance and information provided. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety and great taste, not to be missed. The location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and restaurants.

Really great location right near a major shopping arcade and many restaurants. While it’s a bit of a walk to Sendai station, it’s a really good walk, and there’s a subway station quite close as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the twin room I booked as Japanese hotel rooms are often quite small, so we had plenty of room. I like the classic/retro feel of the decor a lot and the staff were friendly.

Location was good and room was comfortable and clean. It was near to Sendai Station and within walking distance of the shopping areas as well.

Very new hotel. Rooms are clean and a bit small but this is normal for Japan.

Great location, close by to many shops and restaurants, room was very clean on arrival and staff were very accommodating when we arrived extremely early to drop our luggage off before check in.
