Great location for attending conference at BEXCO which was a 2 min walk opposite. These rooms are sublet within the Haeundae Centum Hotel and are great. Perfect location, comfy rooms, restaurant, coffee shop and convenience store on the ground floor and lots of restaurants nearby. Take exit 3 from Centum City station and it is a 3 minute walk! Will definitely be back for the next conference!

Great location. 1-minute walk from the subway station. Close to beach, restaurants, supermarket, bakery etc. The room was spacious and had a kitchenett, which was great. It was not a high season, so we got the room with a low price. The bathroom has a bathtub. In general they were old but very nice. The room was kind of quiet with good sound-proof window (maybe not so good as german ones), considering that it was in a busy center with many shops.

Location was really good. Olive young and other shops were quite close within 10min walk distance. Train station to Gwananli and Heawoondae is close too. Room was quite big and tidy and also Ocean view was amazing. Staffs were very friendly when we asked for any assistance. They provided new towels and 2 bottles of water every morning.
