Fabulous location near subway and all shops and eats at BIFF Sq. Spotlessly clean and quiet even though shared facilities. Everything seemed brand new. Common areaa were very well appointed and nicely furnished.

When I arrived they offered me a free room upgrade so I got a full sea view with a balcony which was unbelievably beautiful to sit at night with a cup of tea to watch the bridge change colours. The room itself was beautiful with great facilities and I really enjoyed the location too!

The room is very clean and seem like newly renovated. Fridge is very big and can have street view from window. It like small apartment with kitchen. It is walking distance from subway station and easy to take intercity bus. The location also convinent to go night market and food street. Value for money for the location, facility and cleanliness level.

Room was big and the biggest bathroom I ever stayed in a hotel. Very central located, lots of restaurants near by.

We enjoyed our stay at Crown Harbor. The rooms were a decent size for two people and the cooling system was very good for the hot Busan days. We found it easy to take buses to many attractions as the bus stops were right outside the front of the hotel.

The facilities and the staff. The front desk staff were so helpful and polite. The bellman was especially gracious and polite. Overall a great team.

Convenient location. Room, bathroom and toilet were modest in size.

The staff, location, amenities,, room size (be aware that there are 3 different sizes - the smallest room is not really comfortable for longer stays, the biggest however is really nice)

We love the place is centralized for us to be to walk around easily. The place is clean, easy check in and allowed luggage storage while we explore around Busan before checking in at 4pm.

Staff is good and location is great. Value for money.

super friendly and helpful staff. all good in this hotel, very comfortable bathtub. We have extended 3 nights after staying 2 nights there. highly recommended !
