How clean the place was and how the cleaning staff would clean our rooms without even asking

The location by the beach with lots of restaurants and main shopping districts nearby. Staff were really good. The bathtub in the room was great. Lots of 24 hours convenient shops nearby. What I loved the most was the a mini spa in the room.

Prime location, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the main strip. Very clean. The room on the top floor contains washing/drying machines, a bar, and games including pool.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Haeundae Blue Story Hotel! It’s just a short walk from Haeundae Beach and other popular attractions, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety and was a great way to start the day. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of—I honestly wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Busan.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy. The view was lovely, visible from both the bedroom and the living room. We enjoyed breakfast comfortably in the kitchen. The staff were also attentive and helpful.

Location is good, it's near to the beach and the subway station. There are also some restaurants in that area.

I like the customer service, the room is spacious and clean. The location is great, i love how central the location was from shops, beach, stations etc! only few mins away worth all the money, definitely will go here again. ++ there are microwave at my floor hallway which is v convenient. Ive always go down to the lobby to refill my water and eat there sometimes! Overall i enjoy my stay, staff are friendly and efficient!! I will be back!

The hotel is nesr subway Exot 5 (about 5 mins walk) and nestled in one of the side steets of Hseundae centre yet fat from the noise. Level 1 of the hotel is the carpark which is ideal if travelling by uber, especially during rainy season. The AC is strong and the WIFI is surprising strong as well.

The room was very comfortable, clean and pretty. The stuff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need. The accommodation is perfect for exploring Busan and very close to the beach.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Walking distance from haeundae station which is very handy.

Spacious and clean. Great location

The rooms are clean and quite large, there was construction all around the hotel but no dust or debris made its way into the rooms. The bathroom was also large and immaculate. Also loved the pool, it was slightly heated so cooler than the summer air but not a terrible shock to the system. Towels got replaced often, too.

The staff, specifically Alice, was amazingly helpful. The location was so very close to everything
