Great hotel with exceptional staff - they let us store our bags overnight whilst we went for a temple stay. Gorgeous rooms!

Great place great friendly staff

The property is absolutely stunning—its architecture and design are truly exceptional. Although it’s located outside the city center, it’s easily accessible by taxi or bus and is close to Bulguksa Temple, which made the location unique and culturally rich. The staff was very helpful and attentive and tried their best to assist us, even with limited English.

We booked this hotel super last minute, the day before going to Gyeongju and it was great! Lovely hotel with very nice, clean facilities. The room we had was great with a nice view. Staff were very helpful during check in and check out and we were able to leave luggage. Hotel was in a good location and easy to walk to all the main sights to see. Would stay here again!

Wonderful location just next to Golden Street, restaurants, shops and cafés reachable in a few minutes by foot ! Very spacious room, and even more spacious bathroom, very good bedding, two windows with street view Very nice staff upon arrival (early check-in with no charge) and for check out (left our luggages after check out, very secured) Overall excellent stay !

Hygiene and reasonable price - great value

Spacious rooms, a rich and varied breakfast, and very kind and helpful hotel staff despite the language barrier. Fantastic location, just a 15-minute walk from the main attractions. We would definitely return to Ciel Hotel if we come back to Gyeongju!!

Great location. I could walk everywhere. Clean and tidy rooms. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

It has a common kitchen and rest area with coffee maker. The kitchen has a washer/dryer. The room is huge and spacious with air-conditioning. Comes with robes and slippers. Just outside the door is a 7/11 and it's walkable distance to the tourist attractions. The intercity bus depot is also only five mins away too.

Close to the express bus station and 15min to walk to Hwangridan-gil. Very authentic interior. Breakfast was simple and nice enough. Very clean and they offered clean towels/water even if we didn't ask cleaning.

Good size room with lots of light coming in . Great pressure under the shower . Staff were very helpful. Good Korean breakfast available. Waking distance to the Main Street (20-30min walk ) . There is a 24h shop 1 min away .

Very nice, quiet and comfortable room. Ideally located between the Bus Station and the City Center. Very kind and friendly staff.
