I had a good stay at Hotel Via Baltica! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was really good. I’ll even attach a photo because it really deserves to be seen! I also really appreciated how understanding and kind the staff were when I needed to stay in my room a couple of extra hours because of my flight. They kindly allowed me to check out later, which was such a thoughtful and human gesture. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location, very friendly personnel, big and well equipped rooms, very good breakfast. Worth the money spend and we were allowed late check-out due to sleep of our baby without extra fee. Thank you :)

Very comfortable rooms, a bit slow but kind reception. Ambient conditions. Great location. Nice breakfast selection, good coffee. Clean rooms. Paid parking area nearby.

Pretty hotel and area! Quiet and clean!

Excellent service, rooms are big, sauna is nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Classic- spacious- great staff- nice service-great amenities- parking- AC- Breakfast that beats expectation. It goes on and on. Clean- and perfect.

Spacier than usual for Ibis. Also, really good breakfast! Cosy lobby and friendly staff. I will be back!

Very nice clean hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly personal. The room is quiet.I can recommend this hotel.

It is located in a very quiet place. We were allowed to check-in before the check-in official time.

We really loved everything about this lovely hotel. The whole design is amazing, room was clean, check in was absolutely all right, delicious breakfast. Just loved it, highly recommend.

I liked absolutely everything: I liked the room, liked the service, and had a great breakfast. The place is amazing.I would stay again next time and recommend it to everyone..

Central location; modern rooms with nice decor; very nicely made bathroom; easy contact with owners and good value for money

Breakfast great, staff extremely helpful and just loved the hotels position in Kaunas

The staff was friendly and also so kind, helpful, and informative. The locations was excellent, and even though I went for the cheapest room option, I had a window overlooking Laisvės Alėja (both sheer & blackout curtains in the room). Little extras like umbrellas were free to use. Everything in the room met or exceeded expectations. The [speed & temperature range of] hot water in the shower was really good. This hotel definitely exceeded my prior expectations based on the price I paid.

Great location to see all of central Kaunas, which is worth seeing. The two pedestrian streets are lovely and different from each other. The hotel is well designed and well cared for. We had a large room on the top floor with natural light. On the front there will be some traffic noise if windows are open. We faced the back, opened windows, and were not bothered at all.

Beautiful hotel & gardens with beautiful hosts. Highly Recommend.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the restaurant was beautiful with a terrace and an amazing view.

Very clean rooms and good food
