The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All their attitudes were positive and helpful. We bought some things from the Christmas markets and they helped us have these items posted home.

Clean rooms and helpful staff

I liked the hotel, my room was clean and best thing is i have a window that i can open, i don't see it with other hotels in Luxembourg we cannot open the whole window, the staff is very good and friendly.

The hotel is in a great location in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and professional.

The room was very functional. It had ventilation and air conditioning - so it was always comfy to be inside. Our room had access to the backyard, which was perfect for our 2 year old child. Fresh water was available for free in the lobby. Parking was very convenient and spacious. We managed to get our bulky car in and out without issues. Even if we had some issues or concerns - the staff was very polite and helpful. Managed to assist and answer all our questions.

Best view from the room (we have one of suites). The room was clean and well furnished. We do enjoy the kitchen and living room. The location is perfect for calm city walks.

Bed was very comfortable and I really loved the amenities, the teas and coffee with a kettle, which allowed us to relax after a long day out. The bathroom was cleaned, the showers were great. Breakfast was good with plenty options and the fruits were fresh. I will definitely comeback

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated in classic style with beautiful furnitures. The rooms are very big and very well equipped, absolutely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also impeccable. The personnel very polite and very helpful. I wish I could stay longer.

Great hotel,We had an upgrade room, with a very comfortable bed and all we needed for our 3 days. Nice town, we also enjoyed the restaurant.
