I have been staying at this hotel on visits to GDL over a period of 10 years. The location is great, and, there is a restaurant. The WiFi always works.

Tucked away, quiet, with the most comfortable bed and pillows that we have experienced in the last 3 months. Absolutely wonderful.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. Carlos shared with me his contacts in car rental company and my car was delivered soon to the hotel. He also suggested a place for dinner. Room was very clean and comfy.

No the kind of Hilton Marriot kind of vibe you will get but they are the kind of old school lux hotel who gives attentions to little details. Bed is very comfortable and the toilet paper is exceptional. Really appreciate the attention to details.

We loved the place and convenience to the historical places. Breakfast was sufficient. However, I would have appreciated if the breakfast was available a little earlier, as we left at 8 am the day we were leaving the city. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming inspite of language barrier from their side.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient to nice restaurants and bars. Well-decorated and the apartment was a good value for the price.

Cute hotel close to the metro and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Rooftop terrace was a great asset with nice views of the city.

Very clean and near to downtown, all was great, i even had a balcony!! And the restaurant was very good!.

15 months of travelling South & Central America staying in over 80 hostels. This rates in my top 5. Staff, rooms, cleanliness, towels, bedding, free coffee & water, kitchen, space, & value for money. All excellent. I stayed in the 10 bed dorm.

It was a nice place many different rooms that you could visit or read, or have a meal. The kitchen was very well equipped..i decided to stay a few extra days as my flight kept changing..it was wonderful to be able to cook and relax like being at home

Friendly welcome and contact during our stay. Lovely quiet hotel and room. Really comfortable. Lots of cafes, restaurants, markets and shops in local area and city centre easily accessible. Will definitely come again.

Location is great as it's walking distance to most tourist sites. However internet is plain awful and bathroom needs an update. Found a cockroach. Also the cleaners were too loud creating a commotion in hallways. But I should add the food is excellent and so are the waiters. If location is your top priority then stay here. I also liked the size of room as it was quite wide

Very nice staff (like most people in Mexico really), rooms are amazing (very modern, clean and well maintained), some have really great views of the city & the location is ideal overall.. walking distance to historical centre, minerva statue, lots of restaurants and facilities close by.. would 100% recommend staying here!
