I was surprised that the breakfast wasn't included, that's all. All the other I stayed before have breakfast included and free coffee at the lobby

Location pretty good close to the convention center. Access is easy.

Everything was perfect. The room was very modern and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed very comfortable. It was great value for money and we will be staying here again on our next visit to Puebla.

Helpful, professional staff, welcoming attitude. Very clean, good WiFi, hot water. Nice outdoor seating. Colorful interior art works. Recommend, especially if you need easy access to the bus terminal.

A beautiful location in a beautiful city.

Room was spotless. Bed was comfy. Aircon excellent and bathroom pristine. Location perfect just across from Capu Station.

Breakfast was great, good variety of food, restaurant staff was super friendly and attentive. Hotel location is great super close to Historic area

Nice comfortable bed, nice towels. Soap avaliable in the bathroom. Room was clean. Good for one night. Place is close to the bus stops. Some street Food avaliable near by.. In the price Breakfast was include simple nut very ok.

For the type of hotel they totally exceed my expectation, the staff was super helpful, room was small but clean but this is a bus station hotel I was expecting so little and they surprised me.

Really nice hotel for the price, clean spacious and wonderful staff. They went above and beyond to help with any problems we had.

I like this place. It’s comfortable and secure. Staff is very helpful. Our room has a beautiful vintage floor and decoration. It’s in a nice neighborhood close to the Zocalo. I would definitely stay here again!
