We love this little hotel and choose to stay here each time we are in Merida. Rooms are huge and comfortable. There is a desk which when working remote is an essential for me. Friendly staff and a short 10min stroll from the centre of town.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very spacious, nicely decorated and smelled great.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. ❤️ Nice modern hotel, with a comfy bed and good air conditioning. Nice and spacious rooms and quiet at night to relax. Central location, uber into Plaza Grande only 6 minutes. The main good thing about this hotel are the staff. They make you feel welcoming and are friendly and approachable. Big thanks to Lulu, reception staff, the omelette man and especially Angela who personally helped me with anything I needed. She is a credit to the hotel and is a very warm kind good soul. All in all a wonderful stay, thankyou and I will definitely return in the future! Matthew.

Excellent place to visit Merida and its surrounding. 5 minuts walking to the main square, then no need of using your car once arrived (BTW, there is a nice parking 2 mins away). The rooms where spacious, on 2 levels, and the hall was wonderful. We were offered a very nice breakfast too. Alltogheter, this place is higly recommendable!

It is like an Oasis in the middle of the town. Such an incredible hacienda! All the Details of the building, the decoration, the super friendly staff who made everything possible just wow! Our room number 7 with the own terrace Was such a treat!

Staff is super friendly. Has a big internal parking lot with a roof for several spots. Has a good spot in Merida, everything was in a walking distance. The cats.

Fabulous! One of the most beautiful properties we ever stay at. The place is so beautiful that we just wanted to stay all day at Casa Olivia and skip our tour around Merida. And the staff is beyond amazing. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made our stay feel just like home. I can’t recommend this place enough. So much better in real than in the images. It’s a hidden gem in the world not to be missed. Also if you love beauty and interior design, this place is for you. Thanks again to Patty and every single person that made our stay at Casa Olivia, one of the best we experienced in our lives so far. Worth every penny and much more. P.s. the food served at Casa Olivia was the best food we ate in Mexico

Breakfast was plain and simple orange juice coffee toast scrambled eggs pastry. The person running it could not have been more helpful. We had originally booked for 7 days enjoyed the place so much we stayed for another 4. Thanks to everyone

Great location close to Merida main square! Clean and spacious. The place is very well maintained. I loved the laundry option which served me well at the time. Didn’t try breakfast but it looked good at a first glance.
