Location was not bad, food and stores nearby even a shopping mall.

Located close to the fundidora park. Room comort, look and feel and overall quality of stay was excellent. Staff was amazing and accomodating, even helped me get a uber to the game I was rushing to see. Overall, delighted with my experience and stay

The staff were friendly and helpful enough. Free water, on the main highway and relatively close to airport so a few points for location.

It was very close to arena monterrey, the room was clean and everything was comfortable

Pretty Good Place To stay In The City

This is a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

so this is my favorite go-to hotel in monterrey. however, hotel "500" doesn't exist anymore. it's more like "hotel 800" the 500 meant 500 pesos, or about $25 back in the day. now the smallest room is probably $35 USD, and it disappoints me that they rose the price, while creating more rooms and floors.

We loved the atmosphere. Good service eventhough the language was a barrier for us.
